【摘要】：鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展一直是國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)界關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)，它包括鄉(xiāng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的變遷、社會(huì)和居民的發(fā)展等�，F(xiàn)有研究側(cè)重對(duì)鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展類型與模式進(jìn)行探討，從經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)及職能、空間地域等方面總結(jié)鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展類型，從動(dòng)力要素（包括產(chǎn)業(yè)動(dòng)力、組織動(dòng)力等）、空間體系、歷史條件、地域特色多視角提煉鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展模式。但較少學(xué)者關(guān)注類型與模式的概念界定及其關(guān)聯(lián)性；而且在鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展類型的定量研究中，劃分單元大多停留在鎮(zhèn)以上，較少細(xì)化到行政村層級(jí)。 珠三角地區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展依賴于農(nóng)村工業(yè)化、城鎮(zhèn)化導(dǎo)向的外部推動(dòng)力作用，形成農(nóng)村工業(yè)化和城鎮(zhèn)化的鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展模式。隨著城鎮(zhèn)化趨于成熟，珠三角需改變以往以城鎮(zhèn)化為導(dǎo)向的鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展模式，而探索鄉(xiāng)村自身內(nèi)部動(dòng)力為主導(dǎo)的發(fā)展模式。從化處于珠三角最北端，是珠三角典型的鄉(xiāng)村地區(qū)，以從化作為本文的實(shí)證對(duì)象，研究從化鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展類型與模式，不但能夠?yàn)閺幕l(xiāng)村發(fā)展提供指引與建議，而且在更大區(qū)域?qū)用嫒缰槿堑貐^(qū)也有一定的參考價(jià)值，，具有廣泛的實(shí)踐意義。 本文以從化全域范圍內(nèi)各村莊為研究對(duì)象，在從化城鄉(xiāng)區(qū)域發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)、發(fā)展歷程與現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況的基礎(chǔ)上，一方面基于鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展類型相關(guān)研究，從地形、區(qū)位、規(guī)模、經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)、歷史、旅游資源多個(gè)方面，通過(guò)GIS與SPSS的量化數(shù)據(jù)分析客觀描述鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展?fàn)顟B(tài)，綜合劃分出平原種植型、丘陵種植/林業(yè)型、山區(qū)林業(yè)型、特色旅游型與城鎮(zhèn)化整理型的五大鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展類型。另一方面基于鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展模式的相關(guān)研究，結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展模式的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，在經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)、空間結(jié)構(gòu)、組織管理三個(gè)方面提煉從化鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展模式，確定農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化、休閑農(nóng)業(yè)與鄉(xiāng)村旅游、鄉(xiāng)村城鎮(zhèn)化的三大主體模式，并給出優(yōu)化建議。最后將鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展模式應(yīng)用到綜合類型的劃分結(jié)果，提出農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化、專業(yè)化、特色化、鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展以及鄉(xiāng)村城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展路徑。
[Abstract]:Rural development has always been the focus of academic attention at home and abroad, including rural economic development and industrial structure changes, the development of society and residents, and so on. From the level of economic development, industrial structure and functions, spatial areas and other aspects of rural development types, from the dynamic elements (including industrial power, organizational power and so on), space system, historical conditions. The model of rural development is refined from different perspectives with regional characteristics, but few scholars pay attention to the definition and relevance of the concept of type and model. And in the quantitative study of rural development type, most of the division units stay above the town, less refined to the administrative village level. Rural development in the Pearl River Delta region depends on the rural industrialization, the external driving force of urbanization, and forms the rural development model of rural industrialization and urbanization. The Pearl River Delta needs to change the past urbanization-oriented rural development model, and explore the rural development model of the internal driving force. Conghua is located in the northernmost tip of the Pearl River Delta, is a typical rural area of the Pearl River Delta. Taking Conghua as the empirical object of this paper, the study of the type and mode of rural development in Conghua can not only provide guidance and advice for the development of rural areas in Conghua. And in a larger regional level such as the Pearl River Delta region also has a certain reference value, has extensive practical significance. This paper takes the villages in the whole area of Conghua as the research object, on the basis of the development situation, the development process and the actual situation of the urban and rural areas in Conghua, on the one hand, based on the relevant research of rural development types, from the terrain, location. Scale, economic industry, history, tourism resources, through GIS and SPSS quantitative data analysis of the objective description of rural development, comprehensive classification of plain planting type, hilly planting / forestry type. On the other hand, based on the relevant research of rural development model, combined with the experience of rural development model at home and abroad, in the economic industry. Spatial structure, organization and management of three aspects of Conghua rural development model, determine the agricultural industrialization, leisure agriculture and rural tourism, rural urbanization of the three main models. Finally, the paper puts forward the development path of agricultural industrialization, specialization, specialization, rural tourism development and rural urbanization.
