【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟和建筑市場的發(fā)展,工程總承包(Engineering Procurement Construction, EPC)因其能夠滿足業(yè)主對建筑服務(wù)綜合性和集成性的要求,在我國建筑行業(yè)中受到了廣泛關(guān)注,而且由于EPC具有相對來說成本不高、較快的建設(shè)速度等特點,最近幾年被更多的業(yè)主所喜愛。本文以X送變電EPC項目為具體的進度管理研究對象,通過構(gòu)建關(guān)鍵鏈模型,形成了新的項目管理體系。通過本文的研究可以得到如下研究結(jié)論：(1)當(dāng)前我國EPC項目進度管理存在的問題主要表現(xiàn)為：過度依賴經(jīng)驗、計劃缺乏系統(tǒng)性、缺乏動態(tài)控制3個方面(2)當(dāng)前我國EPC項目進度管理方法存在的問題主要表現(xiàn)為：對資源約束重視不夠、只考慮技術(shù)因素,忽略了人的因素、傳遞的信息相對較少、項目計劃工期估計過長、項目實際工期超期現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重5個方面。(3)本文為X送變電EPC項目的進度管理建立了關(guān)鍵鏈模型,并提出了該模型的具體使用方法。(4)EPC項目進度管理除了有效的計劃編制方法外,還需要加強計劃實施的管理。為此,本章通過對EPC項目進度影響因素的分析,提出了相應(yīng)的保障措施。通過本文的研究一方面對于進度管理過程中關(guān)鍵鏈模型進行了深入了解,并對其進行了實際應(yīng)用。另一方面為我國EPC項目進度管理提供相應(yīng)的理論參考和應(yīng)用實踐參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and construction market in China, Engineering Procurement Construction is contracted out. Because of its ability to meet the requirements of the owners for the comprehensive and integration of building services, EPCs have received extensive attention in the construction industry in China, and the cost of EPC is relatively low. In recent years, more owners like the characteristics of faster construction speed. This paper takes X power transmission and transformation EPC project as the specific progress management research object, through the construction of key chain model. A new project management system has been formed. Through this study, we can get the following conclusions: 1) at present, the main problems of EPC project schedule management in China are as follows: excessive reliance on experience. Lack of systematic planning, lack of dynamic control of the three aspects of the current EPC project schedule management methods in China, the main problems are: insufficient attention to resource constraints, only consider technical factors. Ignoring the human factor, relatively little information is passed, and the project planning period is estimated to be too long. This paper establishes the key chain model for the schedule management of X transmission and transformation EPC project. In addition to the effective planning method, it is necessary to strengthen the management of the implementation of the EPC project. Through the analysis of the factors affecting the progress of EPC project, this chapter puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures. On the one hand, the key chain model in the process of schedule management is deeply understood through the research of this paper. On the other hand, it provides corresponding theoretical reference and practical reference for EPC project schedule management in China.
