【摘要】：我國雖然國土面積位居俄羅斯,加拿大和美國之后,列世界第四,但人均國土面積卻排名世界107位,且2/3的國土面積為山地,可開發(fā)土地資源十分緊缺。隨著經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和生活水平的日益提高,別墅作為居住形式的終極目標,越來越受到人們的追捧,而山地別墅正是順應(yīng)國情和時代的產(chǎn)物,必將迎來發(fā)展的黃金時期,因此山地別墅的研究有著非常重要的現(xiàn)實和戰(zhàn)略意義。2000年以來,國內(nèi)別墅經(jīng)過十余年的發(fā)展,已經(jīng)進入成熟期,但是目前市場上的精品不多,且多為國外別墅的復制品,缺乏時代性、地域性和文化底蘊,不注重環(huán)境的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文通過對珠三角的比較成功的山地別墅社區(qū)進行調(diào)研和對比分析,從規(guī)劃到建筑的層面進行分析和總結(jié),探索國內(nèi)當代山地別墅的設(shè)計方法和原則。本文依托具體的工程實例:花都九龍湖社區(qū)、惠州白鷺湖。對山地別墅區(qū)的總體規(guī)劃,交通組織,景觀分析,水文地質(zhì)特征,水土保持,低沖擊開發(fā)等進行分析研究,再通過與深圳萬科17英里的對比和總結(jié),得出了山地別墅在進行規(guī)劃和建筑設(shè)計時的設(shè)計原則需要注意的要點,希望能對今后的同類項目有一定的參考和借鑒的價值。山地別墅的設(shè)計與建造,不僅要滿足高品位的現(xiàn)代生活方式,而且要包含當?shù)刈匀画h(huán)境的尊重,只有從居住者需求的本源出發(fā),既達到人、建筑和環(huán)境三者的和諧共存,同時又能達到地域性、時代性和文化性三者高度的統(tǒng)一,才能設(shè)計出體現(xiàn)當代建筑技術(shù)的精品。
[Abstract]:Although China ranks 4th in the world after Russia, Canada and the United States, the per capita land area ranks 107th in the world, and 2/3 of the land area is mountainous. With the development of economy and the improvement of living standard, villas as the ultimate goal of living form are more and more sought after by people. Mountain villa is in line with the national conditions and the product of the times, will usher in a golden period of development, so mountain villa research has a very important practical and strategic significance. Since 2000. After more than ten years of development, domestic villas have entered a mature period, but at present, there are not many fine products in the market, and most of them are replicas of foreign villas, lacking of epochal, regional and cultural background. This paper through the more successful mountain villa community in the Pearl River Delta to investigate and comparative analysis, from the planning to the building of the level of analysis and summary. To explore the design methods and principles of contemporary mountain villas in China. This paper relies on specific engineering examples: Huadu Jiulong Lake community, Huizhou Bailu Lake. The overall planning, traffic organization and landscape analysis of mountain villa area. Hydrogeological characteristics, soil and water conservation, low impact development and so on were analyzed and studied, and then compared and summarized with 17 miles of Vanke in Shenzhen. The main points of the design principles in the planning and architectural design of mountain villas are obtained. It is hoped that the design and construction of mountain villas will be of some reference value to similar projects in the future. Not only to meet the high-grade modern way of life, but also to include the respect of the local natural environment, only from the origin of the needs of residents, that is, to achieve the harmonious coexistence of human, architecture and environment. At the same time, it can achieve the unity of regional, epochal and cultural, so that it can design the fine products which embody the contemporary architectural technology.
