【摘要】：本篇論文是以小戶型為背景環(huán)境研究的家具式隔斷的設(shè)計(jì)研究。在現(xiàn)今社會(huì)中,人口的數(shù)量的增多,經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,土地資源的有限等多方面條件的限制,使得小戶型應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,它是這個(gè)時(shí)代的產(chǎn)物,也是一種生活方式的選擇。本文從小戶型的室內(nèi)空間角度切入,第一章在講述了小戶型的基本情況,交代本論題所研究對(duì)象的背景現(xiàn)狀和在研究過(guò)程中應(yīng)用的方法。在文章第二章里提出小戶型的特點(diǎn),其中包括空間特點(diǎn),購(gòu)買(mǎi)人群特點(diǎn)和小戶型的經(jīng)濟(jì)特點(diǎn),通過(guò)前面內(nèi)容的鋪墊,交代了當(dāng)下小戶型人群的居住理念,從而描述小戶型在空間布置方面的要求。文章的第三章則分別從家具和隔斷兩個(gè)角度入手去書(shū)寫(xiě)。首先講述了家具的基本情況,以及家具在小戶型中使用時(shí)的布置要求以及選擇要求;其次講述隔斷的基本情況,以及隔斷在小戶型中使用限制;最后結(jié)合家具在小戶型中的情況和隔斷在小戶型中的使用情況,從而引出文章的題目,小戶型家具式隔斷,在家具與隔斷兩者的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)小戶型家具式隔斷的樣式、材料、以及變化方式進(jìn)行分析,為文章的第四章進(jìn)行鋪墊。在第四章里,筆者結(jié)合前文對(duì)小戶型家具式隔斷的內(nèi)容,對(duì)小戶型家具式隔斷的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行分析,首先對(duì)其需求分析,包括經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、心理三個(gè)角度進(jìn)行需求分析;其次對(duì)小戶型家具式隔斷設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)所應(yīng)用的材料、造型和色彩分析;最后根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)分析和當(dāng)下的條件提出設(shè)計(jì)原則和設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)所能應(yīng)用到的方法。第五章內(nèi)容主要是設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐,將自己對(duì)小戶型家具式隔斷設(shè)計(jì)得出的分析結(jié)果,設(shè)計(jì)原則和設(shè)計(jì)方法應(yīng)用到實(shí)際的設(shè)計(jì)案例中去。小戶型的發(fā)展空間還很大,隨著房?jī)r(jià)持續(xù)的走高,人口集中化,會(huì)有越來(lái)越多的普通家庭在購(gòu)房過(guò)程中將小戶型作為自己購(gòu)房的首要考慮對(duì)象。小戶型的空間的內(nèi)部劃分越來(lái)越值得設(shè)計(jì)師去關(guān)注,小戶型的應(yīng)用人群也越來(lái)越廣泛,他們對(duì)小戶型內(nèi)部家具式隔斷的需求也值得進(jìn)行深入的研究�？臻g小,是小戶型住宅的最大特點(diǎn),也是小戶型住宅存在的最需要解決的問(wèn)題。超越空間的限制,滿足人們情感的需求,個(gè)性的需求,擴(kuò)大空間視覺(jué)效果,讓“小而不小”,是每個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)師都需要面對(duì)的問(wèn)題。小戶型的分隔空間過(guò)程中應(yīng)舍棄隔斷墻,以家具代替,通透視覺(jué)空間是當(dāng)下解決問(wèn)題的辦法之一,在此基礎(chǔ)上,筆者便以家具和隔斷結(jié)合而成的家具式隔斷為出發(fā)點(diǎn),在小戶型空間的背景下探究著書(shū)寫(xiě)這篇論文。
[Abstract]:This paper is a furniture partition design research based on the environment of small household type. In today's society, the increase of population, the development of economy, the limited land resources, and so on, are limited. Make small Huxing emerge as the times, it is the product of this era, but also a way of life. This article from the indoor space of the small Huxing angle, the first chapter describes the basic situation of the small Huxing. In the second chapter, the author puts forward the characteristics of small household type, including the spatial characteristics, the characteristics of the buying crowd and the economic characteristics of the small household type. Through the foreshadowing of the content of the front, explained the current small Huxing population housing concept. The third chapter of the article respectively from the furniture and partition two angles to write. First described the basic situation of furniture. And furniture in the use of small units when the layout requirements and selection requirements; Secondly, it describes the basic situation of partition, and the use restriction of partition in small household type; Finally, combined with the situation of furniture in the small household type and the use of partition in the small household type, leading to the title of the article, small household furniture type partition, on the basis of furniture and partition both. This paper analyzes the style, material, and change of the small household furniture partition, and paves the way for the 4th chapters of the article. In chapter 4th, the author combines the contents of the small household furniture partition. This paper analyzes the design of small household furniture partition, first of all, needs analysis, including economic, social, psychological needs analysis; Secondly, the material, modeling and color analysis used in the design of small household furniture partition are analyzed. Finally, according to the design analysis and the current conditions of the design principles and design can be applied to the design method. 5th chapter is the main content of the design practice, their own design of small household furniture type partition design analysis results. Design principles and design methods are applied to actual design cases. The development space of small households is still very large, with the housing prices continue to rise, population concentration. There will be more and more ordinary families in the process of buying small units as their first consideration of the object of purchase. Small space space division is more and more worthy of designers to pay attention to. The application of small household population is also more and more extensive, their small household furniture type needs to be further studied. Small space, is the biggest characteristics of small housing. It is also the most need to solve the problem of small housing. Beyond the limitations of space, to meet the emotional needs of people, personality needs, expand the space visual effect, let "small but not small". It is a problem that every designer needs to face. In the process of dividing space of small family type, should abandon partition wall, replace with furniture, transparent visual space is one of the methods to solve the problem at present, on this basis. The author begins with furniture and partition, and explores the writing of this paper under the background of small space.
