【摘要】：海南酒店業(yè)的輝煌發(fā)展已逾十年，度假酒店客房的設(shè)計理念和方法也在不斷的更新，本文通過對海南地區(qū)度假酒店的實地調(diào)研獲得了大量的一手資料，所收納的客房形式基本可以覆蓋海南地區(qū)大中型度假酒店的各類房型。通過對海南各式標準客房的研究與分析，得到可供參考的設(shè)計經(jīng)驗，同時歸納出適合海南的度假酒店標準客房的設(shè)計手法與趨勢，提出有建設(shè)性的設(shè)計指導(dǎo)意見。 首先，作者通過對國內(nèi)外文獻的資料調(diào)研充分了解了當下酒店產(chǎn)業(yè)的變化，以及對客房設(shè)計理論的范圍與深度。針對酒店客房深入了解了客房的發(fā)展歷史、布局分類、區(qū)域劃分以及尺寸等技術(shù)性指標，完成了對客房體系的系統(tǒng)認識。 然后，通過對海南地區(qū)酒店的實地調(diào)研，搜集了大量的一手資料，，選取三種具有代表性的案例運用SD法進行量化，結(jié)合與酒店管理公司和入住酒店人員的訪談評價，對客房品質(zhì)進行綜合評價分析，得出三種客房的滿意度排序。通過海南及國內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀案例的搜索，經(jīng)過分類列舉，提出具有創(chuàng)新意義的客房布置方式的可能性。 最后，結(jié)合實際項目，通過對客房尺寸量化的分析，主要為4.5m、5.0m，5.7m開間的縱式布置客房和6.0m、6.6m、6.9m開間的橫式布置客房進行的比較研究，將研究落到數(shù)據(jù)的實處，同時將研究的結(jié)果運用于項目的實踐，檢驗研究的成果。
[Abstract]:Hainan hotel industry has developed brilliantly for more than ten years, and the design ideas and methods of resort hotel rooms have been constantly updated. This paper obtains a lot of first-hand information through the field investigation of resort hotels in Hainan area. The guest room form can basically cover all kinds of rooms of large and medium-sized resort hotels in Hainan area. Through the research and analysis of all kinds of standard guest rooms in Hainan, we can get the design experience for reference. At the same time, it sums up the design method and trend of the standard guest room of resort hotel suitable for Hainan, and puts forward constructive design guidance. First of all, the author fully understands the changes of the hotel industry and the scope and depth of the theory of guest room design through the research of domestic and foreign literature. The systematic understanding of guest room system has been completed by technical indexes such as layout classification, area division and size. Then, through the field investigation of hotel in Hainan area, collected a large number of first-hand information, selected three representative cases using SD method to quantify. Combined with the interview and evaluation of hotel management company and hotel staff, the comprehensive evaluation of room quality analysis, three kinds of room satisfaction ranking. Through Hainan and domestic and foreign excellent case search. Through classification and enumeration, the possibility of innovative room arrangement is put forward. Finally, combined with the actual project, through the quantitative analysis of the room size, mainly for 4.5mL 5.0m 5.7m open room vertical layout room and 6.0mP6.6m. The comparative study of 6.9m room with horizontal layout will fall into the actual data, and at the same time, the results of the study will be applied to the practice of the project and the results of the research will be tested.
