【摘要】:近年來(lái),為了使航空運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)更加完善,國(guó)家大力開(kāi)展機(jī)場(chǎng)的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)。在機(jī)場(chǎng)工程施工項(xiàng)目管理中迫切需要規(guī)范項(xiàng)目管理的方法和手段,編制適宜的施工組織設(shè)計(jì)方案。因此,一方面需要開(kāi)展如何保證工程施工質(zhì)量、加快工程施工進(jìn)度、節(jié)約工程施工成本的研究,另一方面需要明確施工組織設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化的理論和方法,在工程實(shí)踐中挖掘理論,在理論基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)一步指導(dǎo)實(shí)踐,逐步形成針對(duì)不同施工背景和條件下的施工組織優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)理論和方案。但是現(xiàn)階段針對(duì)機(jī)場(chǎng)工程項(xiàng)目的施工組織設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化的研究較少,缺少配套的可以直接指導(dǎo)施工組織設(shè)計(jì)方案優(yōu)化的理論和相關(guān)技術(shù)研究成果。本文以蕭山機(jī)場(chǎng)飛行區(qū)二期擴(kuò)建工程地基處理和土石方工程二標(biāo)段為工程背景,研究了針對(duì)機(jī)場(chǎng)飛行區(qū)地基處理工程的施工組織設(shè)計(jì)及優(yōu)化方法,主要取得了以下研究結(jié)論: (1)分析了施工組織設(shè)計(jì)在工程施工中發(fā)揮的重要作用和對(duì)施工項(xiàng)目成本、進(jìn)度、質(zhì)量的影響。探究了施工組織設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)理論和優(yōu)化方法,提出施工組織三要素“成本、質(zhì)量、工期”的控制方法。首先,通過(guò)價(jià)值工程理論研究了施工組織設(shè)計(jì)中對(duì)施工成本進(jìn)行控制和優(yōu)化的方法,提出了價(jià)值指數(shù)的概念以及通過(guò)價(jià)值指數(shù)來(lái)評(píng)價(jià)施工方案優(yōu)劣的方法;其次,將網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃技術(shù)運(yùn)用的施工工期的控制和優(yōu)化中,將模糊層析分析法運(yùn)用于施工方案的優(yōu)選中,選擇合理的施工工期控制方法和施工方案;最后,基于成本、工期和質(zhì)量控制方法提出了多目標(biāo)的施工方案綜合優(yōu)選的理論和方法,使得施工組織設(shè)計(jì)方案能夠使得工期——費(fèi)用——質(zhì)量得到均衡控制和優(yōu)化。研究成果將為實(shí)際工程中施工組織設(shè)計(jì)的優(yōu)化提供理論依據(jù)。 (2)以杭州蕭山國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)二期擴(kuò)建工程飛行區(qū)地基工程施工為實(shí)際工程背景,結(jié)合施工組織設(shè)計(jì)的理論和方法,對(duì)機(jī)場(chǎng)飛行區(qū)地基工程施工組織優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了研究。提出了施工總體部署、施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)平面布置、施工進(jìn)度控制和施工質(zhì)量控制的一系列措施。分析了施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)平面布置應(yīng)考慮的因素和原則,對(duì)機(jī)場(chǎng)飛行區(qū)地基處理和土方工程二標(biāo)段做出了適宜的施工平面布置方案;運(yùn)用施工進(jìn)度控制方法對(duì)機(jī)場(chǎng)飛行區(qū)地基處理和土方工程二標(biāo)段的施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃進(jìn)行合理規(guī)劃,提出了施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃?rùn)M道圖;結(jié)合實(shí)際工點(diǎn)的施工特殊性,提出了保證施工質(zhì)量的控制措施。 (3)針對(duì)地基處理和土方工程,從施工方法和施工技術(shù)的層面提出了實(shí)施方案。對(duì)土方工程施工技術(shù)、溝河塘處理工程施工技術(shù)、強(qiáng)夯法地基處理施工技術(shù)、以及填實(shí)碾壓工程施工技術(shù)展開(kāi)了研究,提出了運(yùn)用模糊層次分析法進(jìn)行施工方案比選的操作過(guò)程。對(duì)各專項(xiàng)工程的施工工序、各工序的施工方法以及每一種施工方法的質(zhì)量控制措施展開(kāi)了論述。研究成果不僅可以詳細(xì)指導(dǎo)蕭山機(jī)場(chǎng)飛行區(qū)地基處理和土方工程二標(biāo)段工程施工,還可以為類似工程施工提供借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, in order to make the air transport network is more perfect, the state vigorously carry out the infrastructure construction of the airport. The urgent need to standardize the project management methods and means in the airport construction project management, construction organization design develop. Therefore, one needs to carry out how to ensure the construction quality, speed up the construction progress, save research the project construction cost, on the other hand to the theory and method of optimization design of construction organization, mining theory in engineering practice, further guide the practice in the theoretical basis, gradually formed on the construction organization design theory and construction schemes of different backgrounds and conditions. But at the present stage of the construction organization design for airport engineering project the research is less, the lack of supporting research results can directly guide the construction organization design scheme optimization theory and related technologies. Based on the two section of ground treatment and earth rock engineering of the two expansion project of Xiaoshan airport, the paper studies the construction organization design and optimization method for the ground treatment engineering of the airport area. The following conclusions are drawn:
(1) to analyze the important role of the construction organization design play in engineering construction and the construction project cost, schedule, quality. To explore the construction organization design theory and optimization method, put forward the construction organization of three elements of "cost, quality, schedule control method". Firstly, through the theory of value engineering method is studied. The control and optimization of the construction cost in the construction organization design, put forward the concept of value index and value index to evaluate the method through the construction scheme; secondly, the control and optimization of construction network planning technique used in the fuzzy AHP analysis method is used to optimize the construction scheme, construction period control selection the method and the reasonable construction scheme; finally, based on the cost, time and quality control method is put forward the theory and method of comprehensive optimization of construction scheme of multi targets, making application The organization design plan can make the time cost quality balanced and optimized. The research results will provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of construction organization design in actual engineering.
(2) to the foundation engineering flight zone two Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport expansion project construction for the actual engineering background, combined with the theory and method of construction organization design, optimization of construction organization design of foundation engineering in flight were studied. Put forward the overall plan of construction, construction site layout, construction progress control and quality control in the construction of a series of measures analyzes the factors and principles that should be considered in construction site layout, make the construction layout scheme suitable for airfield ground treatment and earthwork project bid two; use the construction schedule control method of construction schedule of airfield ground treatment and earthwork project two tenders for rational planning, put forward the construction progress schedule road map; combined with the construction of special practical site, put forward the control measures to ensure construction quality.
(3) for ground treatment and earthwork, the proposed implementation plan from the construction method and construction technology level. The construction technology of the earthwork ditch pond treatment construction technology, dynamicconsolidation construction technology, and construction technology of roller compacted fill is studied, proposed using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process than operation the process of construction scheme. The construction process of the project, the construction method of each process and the quality of each kind of construction method and control measures were discussed. The research results can not only guide the detailed flight area of Xiaoshan airport foundation and earthwork two section of engineering construction, can also provide reference for the similar engineering construction.
