【摘要】：在建筑工程項目的管理中,項目進度管理是核心內(nèi)容之一,只有做好進度控制,才能保證項目按期完成,實現(xiàn)項目的進度控制也是實現(xiàn)成本控制的有力保障。近年來寶鋼也在極力促進項目化管理在企業(yè)發(fā)展中的運用,在集團下多個單元推行項目管理理念,特別是建設和檢修方面的應用。本文以寶鋼防臺防汛項目的進度計劃與控制為重點研究對象,通過項目管理相關(guān)理念的學習以及相關(guān)項目管理軟件的運用,探索現(xiàn)代企業(yè)在建筑工程項目上的管理方法和方式,以期對以后類似施工提供一定的參考和幫助。本文的主要研究內(nèi)容如下:(1)利用項目管理的相關(guān)理念,對項目中涉及到的人力資源、質(zhì)量、進度、物質(zhì)、溝通、風險、安全等方面的工作進行了深入的研究,本文擬采用甘特圖、網(wǎng)絡計劃技術(shù)對進度計劃進行重點研究,一方面運用進度計劃與控制的相關(guān)理論解決了項目施工的現(xiàn)實問題,另一方面也希望能夠通過項目的實踐活動對項目進度計劃與控制的相關(guān)理論和方法加以豐富。(2)研究在多區(qū)域,功能要求多樣性的條件下進行項目計劃編制,利用WBS對項目進行逐級分解,確定防臺防汛各分部項目之間的工作關(guān)系及工作持續(xù)時間,利用相關(guān)項目管理軟件編制項目網(wǎng)絡圖,并根據(jù)項目管理相關(guān)知識對進度計劃進行優(yōu)化,計算項目的總工期并確定項目的關(guān)鍵路徑,制定項目里程碑計劃。(3)通過分析影響項目進度控制的因素,研究如何制定在復雜多變的施工環(huán)境下的項目進度計劃實施方案。利用項目管理相關(guān)知識指導寶鋼防臺防汛項目進度計劃的實施。使該項目計劃的制定和實施在有效性、可執(zhí)行性等方面具備自身的特點,并且通過項目實施過程加以驗證。
[Abstract]:In the construction project management, the project schedule management is one of the core content, only when the progress control is done, can the project be completed on schedule. In recent years, Baosteel is also trying to promote the application of project management in the development of enterprises, and carry out project management concept in many units under the group. Especially the application of construction and maintenance. This paper focuses on the progress planning and control of flood prevention and control project of Baosteel, through the study of project management related concepts and the use of related project management software. To explore the management methods and methods of modern enterprises in construction projects, in order to provide some reference and help for similar construction in the future. The main research contents of this paper are as follows: 1) using the related concepts of project management. The human resources, quality, progress, material, communication, risk, safety and other aspects of the project involved in the in-depth study, this paper intends to use the Gantt chart. Network planning technology focuses on the progress of the study, on the one hand, the use of schedule planning and control of the relevant theory to solve the practical problems of the project construction. On the other hand, I also hope to be able to enrich the theory and methods of project schedule planning and control through the practical activities of the project. Under the condition of diverse function, the project plan is compiled, and the WBS is used to decompose the project step by step to determine the working relationship and working duration among the projects of flood prevention and control. Make use of the related project management software to draw up the project network diagram and optimize the schedule according to the relevant knowledge of project management calculate the total project duration and determine the key path of the project. Develop the project milestone plan. 3) analyze the factors that affect the progress control of the project. This paper studies how to make the project progress plan implementation plan under the complex and changeable construction environment. Using the relevant knowledge of project management to guide the implementation of Baosteel flood control project progress plan. Effectiveness. The executable has its own characteristics and is verified by the project implementation process.
