【摘要】：近年來(lái),我國(guó)建筑業(yè)掀起了一場(chǎng)基于信息化變革的熱潮,"BIM技術(shù)"在其中扮演了最為重要的角色。它不僅可以從技術(shù)上實(shí)現(xiàn)碰撞檢查、虛擬施工等項(xiàng)目可視化應(yīng)用;又可以從經(jīng)濟(jì)上實(shí)現(xiàn)合約規(guī)劃、短周期多算對(duì)比等關(guān)聯(lián)信息庫(kù)應(yīng)用。然而,過(guò)分夸張的宣傳、不切實(shí)際的思想、水土不服的軟件使"BIM技術(shù)"越來(lái)越神秘,離真實(shí)也越來(lái)越遠(yuǎn)。可是"BIM技術(shù)"作為建筑業(yè)革命性技術(shù)的功績(jī)依然不可磨滅,它對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的工作方式進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,對(duì)低下的工作效率進(jìn)行提升,對(duì)粗放的生產(chǎn)方式進(jìn)行精細(xì)化改造,真正實(shí)現(xiàn)基于BIM的"設(shè)計(jì)-合約-施工"一體化工作流(即"DCC-BIM")。BIM在一體化工作流中根據(jù)各階段的相應(yīng)要求,按照一定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和規(guī)范進(jìn)行元素重構(gòu),使BIM應(yīng)用主體在某一階段的發(fā)揮巨大的實(shí)質(zhì)性?xún)r(jià)值。同樣,"BIM技術(shù)"與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、云計(jì)算、點(diǎn)云、無(wú)限射頻、3D打印等技術(shù)的結(jié)合必定在未來(lái)的智慧城市建設(shè)中發(fā)揮不可估量的作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the construction industry of our country has set off an upsurge based on information revolution, "BIM technology" plays the most important role in it, it can not only realize collision inspection from the technical aspect. Visual application of virtual construction and other projects; It can also realize contract planning, short period multi-arithmetic comparison and other related information base applications. However, the "BIM technology" becomes more and more mysterious because of excessive exaggeration, impractical ideas and unfavorable software. But "BIM technology" as a revolutionary technology in the construction industry is still indelible, it optimizes the traditional working methods, and improves the low working efficiency. The extensive mode of production has been refined and reformed. The integration workflow of "design-contract-construction" based on BIM (I. E. "DCC-BIM") is realized in the integration workflow according to the corresponding requirements of each stage. According to certain standards and specifications to reconstruct the elements, make the BIM application body in a certain stage of great substantive value. Similarly, "BIM technology" and the Internet, cloud computing, point cloud, unlimited radio frequency. The combination of 3D printing and other technologies will play an inestimable role in the construction of intelligent cities in the future.
