【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展與城市化進(jìn)程的不斷加快,在城市規(guī)劃建設(shè)領(lǐng)域,大量涌現(xiàn)出基于一定產(chǎn)業(yè)集群為發(fā)展導(dǎo)向的城市功能區(qū)——產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)。在今天,產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)已成為城市空間拓展的重要功能區(qū),也是城市開(kāi)發(fā)建設(shè)的熱點(diǎn)。 隨著我國(guó)全民休閑經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)基礎(chǔ)的具備,我國(guó)已逐漸進(jìn)入一個(gè)休閑旅游時(shí)代,旅游內(nèi)容趨于多元化,涵蓋觀光、度假、科普、體驗(yàn)、娛樂(lè)等多方面,旅游發(fā)展顯現(xiàn)出新的活力和需求。主題產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)作為產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的一種特殊形式,其建設(shè)與發(fā)展對(duì)豐富國(guó)民休閑旅游、促進(jìn)新型城鎮(zhèn)化都具有重要意義。但是,現(xiàn)階段關(guān)于主題產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的理論與實(shí)踐研究還相對(duì)滯后,為此,本文從旅游開(kāi)發(fā)的視角,對(duì)主題產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的規(guī)劃進(jìn)行了較為深入的研究,旨在通過(guò)系統(tǒng)分析和對(duì)策探討,補(bǔ)充主題產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)規(guī)劃建設(shè)的相關(guān)理論,為我國(guó)主題產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)和旅游開(kāi)發(fā)提供一定參考和借鑒。 本文在梳理總結(jié)與主題產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)規(guī)劃密切相關(guān)的旅游開(kāi)發(fā)及產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)規(guī)劃理論的基礎(chǔ)上,嘗試性地對(duì)主題產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的概念、特征、類型及潛在旅游資源類型等進(jìn)行分析界定與歸納總結(jié)；同時(shí),通過(guò)進(jìn)行主題產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的實(shí)地調(diào)研,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外典型案例的分析,剖析當(dāng)前我國(guó)主題產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)建設(shè)所面臨的問(wèn)題,明確提出：具有潛在旅游資源的主題產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū),應(yīng)在其規(guī)劃之初進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的旅游策劃與規(guī)劃。兼顧旅游開(kāi)發(fā)的主題產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)建設(shè),既有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)園區(qū)自身的綜合效益,又可為國(guó)民文化休閑旅游提供支持。此外,論文還以筆者全程參與完成的昆明斗南國(guó)際花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)園的旅游規(guī)劃作為實(shí)例,深入探討了主題產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)旅游開(kāi)發(fā)規(guī)劃的要點(diǎn)與技術(shù)路徑。論文最后,從旅游開(kāi)發(fā)的角度,對(duì)未來(lái)主題產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的規(guī)劃提出相應(yīng)對(duì)策,并對(duì)己建成的主題產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)提出如何完善旅游的相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of China's social economy and the acceleration of urbanization process, in the field of urban planning and construction, a large number of urban functional areas based on a certain industrial cluster for development-industrial parks have emerged. Industrial park has become an important functional area of urban space development, but also a hot spot of urban development and construction. With the development of leisure economy and social foundation, our country has gradually entered a leisure tourism era, tourism content tends to be diversified, including sightseeing, vacation, science popularization, experience, entertainment and so on. Tourism development shows new vitality and demand. As a special form of industrial park, the construction and development of themed industrial park is of great significance to enrich national leisure tourism and promote new urbanization. At present, the theoretical and practical research on thematic industrial park is still relatively lagging behind. Therefore, from the perspective of tourism development, this paper makes a more in-depth study on the planning of theme industrial park. The purpose of this paper is to supplement the relevant theories of the planning and construction of thematic industrial parks through systematic analysis and countermeasures, and to provide some references for the planning, design and tourism development of thematic industrial parks in China. On the basis of combing and summarizing the theories of tourism development and industrial park planning which are closely related to the theme industrial park planning, this paper tries to analyze the concept and characteristics of the theme industrial park. Types and potential types of tourism resources are analyzed and summarized; At the same time, through the field investigation of thematic industrial parks, combined with the analysis of typical cases at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the problems facing the construction of thematic industrial parks in China. It is pointed out that the theme industry park with potential tourism resources should be planned and planned at the beginning of its planning, and the construction of the theme industry park should be taken into account. In addition, the paper takes the tourism planning of Kunming Dounan International Flower Industry Park, which the author participated in the whole process, as an example, not only to realize the comprehensive benefit of the park itself, but also to provide support for the national cultural leisure tourism. The main points and technical path of tourism development planning of thematic industrial park are discussed in depth. Finally, from the perspective of tourism development, the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the planning of theme industrial park in the future. And put forward how to perfect the tourism related suggestion to the theme industry park that has already built.
