【摘要】：隨著社會發(fā)展和人民生活水平的提高,人們對生活和工作的環(huán)境要求也越來越高。居住或辦公環(huán)境有獨特的裝修,齊全配套的設施,環(huán)境健康、舒適、便捷是大家共同所關注與追求的,所以,裝修改造工程在日常生活中屢見不鮮。裝修改造工程的質(zhì)量管理水平,不僅關系到項目的使用年限,而且事關人民的生命安全與身體健康,這就要求在裝修改造的過程中,必須采取科學合理的方法,通過加強質(zhì)量管理與監(jiān)控,杜絕各種問題的產(chǎn)生,達到裝修改造的既定目標。本文首先介紹了論文的研究背景與意義,然后探討了國內(nèi)外關于項目管理和裝修改造工程研究的現(xiàn)狀,然后確定了本文的研究思路和研究方法,綜述了本文的理論基礎。其次,介紹了上海永銀大廈裝修改造項目和施工單位的基本情況,以及本次裝修改造工程的基本部署與施工方案,分析了實施項目的難點,本次施工項目在市中心,場地狹小且工期短,但安全和環(huán)境衛(wèi)生要求高,裝修改造品質(zhì)要求高等,這對施工單位的質(zhì)量管理提出了高的標準,施工單位要確定質(zhì)量管理目標,理清管理思路,探討適合的質(zhì)量管理的措施與方案。再次,為保證裝修改造工程的順利進展,本項目從質(zhì)量規(guī)劃、質(zhì)量過程控制、質(zhì)量保證與評價三個方面來進行質(zhì)量管理,質(zhì)量規(guī)劃階段重視各項基礎工作的部署與安排,質(zhì)量過程控制緊抓實施過程中各階段的重要步驟和影響質(zhì)量的關鍵要素(工序、材料、人、施工器械、環(huán)境),并實施和啟動質(zhì)量管理保障機制實時監(jiān)控,以達到質(zhì)量評價階段質(zhì)量改進的效果,來保證達到工程預期指標,工程合格率100%,優(yōu)良率85%以上,且爭取市級優(yōu)秀項目。本文采用了文獻研究法、專家訪談法和實地調(diào)研法等方法來進行研究,用理論學習來指導實踐,同時與實踐結(jié)合來探索加強質(zhì)量管理與監(jiān)控的方案,最后達到裝修改造工程的目的。同時希望以此項目的研究,給其他同類的裝修改造工程提供一個可供參考與借鑒的模板。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and the improvement of people's living standard, people have higher and higher requirements for the environment of life and work. The living or office environment has unique decoration, complete supporting facilities, healthy and comfortable environment. Convenience is the common concern and pursuit of all, so, renovation engineering in daily life, the quality management level of renovation projects, not only related to the use of the project life. And related to the safety of life and health of the people, which requires that in the process of renovation, we must take scientific and reasonable methods, through strengthening quality management and monitoring, to stop all kinds of problems. This paper first introduces the research background and significance of the paper, and then discusses the status quo of project management and renovation engineering research at home and abroad. Then this paper determines the research ideas and research methods, summarized the theoretical basis of this paper. Secondly, introduced the Shanghai Yongyin Building renovation projects and construction units of the basic situation. As well as the basic arrangement and construction plan of the renovation project, the difficulties of implementing the project are analyzed. The construction project is in the center of the city, the site is small and the construction period is short, but the requirements of safety and environmental hygiene are high. Renovation quality requirements are high, which put forward a high standard for the quality management of construction units, construction units to determine quality management objectives, clear management ideas, to explore the appropriate quality management measures and schemes. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the renovation project, the project from three aspects of quality planning, quality process control, quality assurance and evaluation to carry out quality management. In the stage of quality planning, attention is paid to the deployment and arrangement of the basic work, and the quality process control is focused on the important steps in each stage of the implementation process and the key elements (working procedure, materials, people, construction equipment, environment) that affect the quality. In order to achieve the effect of quality improvement in the stage of quality evaluation, the quality management and guarantee mechanism can be implemented and started in real time, so as to ensure that the expected target of the project is reached, the qualified rate of the project is 100, and the excellent and good rate is more than 85%. And strive for the city level excellent project. This paper uses the literature research method, the expert interview method and the field investigation method to carry on the research, with the theory study to guide the practice. At the same time with the combination of practice to explore the strengthening of quality management and monitoring scheme, finally to achieve the purpose of renovation projects. At the same time, I hope to study this project. To other similar renovation projects to provide a reference and reference template.
