【摘要】:一面坡是中東鐵路干線上的三等站,伴隨著鐵路的建設(shè)與運(yùn)營(yíng)發(fā)展成為近代東北地區(qū)頗具特點(diǎn)的城鎮(zhèn)。相比其他同等級(jí)的站點(diǎn)城鎮(zhèn),一面坡的歷史更悠久,經(jīng)濟(jì)更發(fā)達(dá),人口更稠密,文化更深厚,是中東鐵路沿線比較重要的區(qū)域中心型城鎮(zhèn)。其發(fā)展歷程及城鎮(zhèn)形態(tài)既具有中東鐵路附屬地的典型特征,又依其自身?xiàng)l件而產(chǎn)生鮮明的個(gè)性,具有較高的研究?jī)r(jià)值。本文將對(duì)一面坡近代城鎮(zhèn)的規(guī)劃、景觀、建筑及文化特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行還原與解析。首先,根據(jù)歷史資料回溯其時(shí)代背景,分析選址時(shí)期建設(shè)者對(duì)其區(qū)位、資源、地理?xiàng)l件等各項(xiàng)因素的綜合考慮,找到其建設(shè)初期的城鎮(zhèn)功能定位,理清其近代城鎮(zhèn)的發(fā)展過(guò)程及各時(shí)期的城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。調(diào)查一面坡現(xiàn)有城鎮(zhèn)結(jié)構(gòu)與歷史建筑的布局,結(jié)合史料,對(duì)一面坡在中東鐵路建設(shè)早期規(guī)劃中的空間結(jié)構(gòu)、功能分區(qū)、交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)、綠地系統(tǒng)展開研究,關(guān)注其依托自然環(huán)境在空間結(jié)構(gòu)與時(shí)間序列上的景觀架構(gòu),重點(diǎn)分析其自身的特征。其次,對(duì)現(xiàn)有的公共、居住及工商業(yè)等各類建筑進(jìn)行全面調(diào)查。從平面功能布局、交通流線組織、空間組合手法等方面入手,選取較為典型的建筑進(jìn)行案例分析,總結(jié)布局規(guī)律與設(shè)計(jì)手法。技術(shù)上,探明支撐各類建筑空間及形式的結(jié)構(gòu)類型、構(gòu)造方式,總結(jié)材料的選擇與搭配原則。最后,由淺入深的對(duì)一面坡的建筑藝術(shù)特色及地區(qū)文化進(jìn)行解讀。在形態(tài)構(gòu)成上,從建筑的風(fēng)格分類、體量組合方式、立面構(gòu)成元素及裝飾語(yǔ)言出發(fā),對(duì)不同材料不同功能建筑的外部形態(tài)有理性的把握。在建設(shè)理念上,揭示其和諧自然的環(huán)境觀念,理性與感性結(jié)合的設(shè)計(jì)手法及有定法無(wú)定式的操作方式。通過(guò)對(duì)建筑的理解與分析,總結(jié)其多元、融合、傳承與流變的文化表征。在鐵路建設(shè)與城鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟(jì)的觸發(fā)下,人口快速聚集,不同國(guó)家、不同民族的居民帶來(lái)了多種多樣的文化。這些文化并存于此,從生活方式到思想觀念,從產(chǎn)業(yè)形式到社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu),在方方面面互相影響,本土的與外來(lái)的,傳統(tǒng)的與現(xiàn)代的互相的摩擦與碰撞,包容與滲透,最終融合而成獨(dú)具特色的藝術(shù)與文化現(xiàn)象,這一過(guò)程及結(jié)果也都體現(xiàn)于建筑上。在之后的發(fā)展中,雖然社會(huì)環(huán)境變化不斷,但在建筑與文化上對(duì)傳統(tǒng)元素仍有繼承,即使結(jié)合了不同時(shí)代的特點(diǎn)發(fā)生了流變,也仍可以說(shuō)一面坡的建筑文化有著較好的連續(xù)性?傊,論文從現(xiàn)存的近代建筑入手,結(jié)合史料,對(duì)一面坡近代建筑的產(chǎn)生與發(fā)展進(jìn)行考證,對(duì)其建筑的空間與形式進(jìn)行解析,對(duì)其建筑的藝術(shù)與文化特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行總結(jié),以期對(duì)其近代建筑文化的研究與保護(hù)提供材料準(zhǔn)備與理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Along with the development of railway construction and operation, one side slope is the third class station on the railway trunk line in the Middle East, and it has a long history compared with other stations and towns of the same level in Northeast China in modern times. The economy is more developed, the population is denser, and the culture is more profound. It is an important regional central town along the Middle East railway. According to its own conditions and produce a distinct personality, has a higher value of research. This paper will be on a slope of modern town planning, landscape, architecture and cultural characteristics of the restoration and analysis. First of all. Based on the historical data, this paper analyzes the comprehensive consideration of the location, resources, geographical conditions and other factors by the constructors in the period of site selection, and finds out the function orientation of the cities and towns in the initial stage of construction. It clarifies the development process of modern towns and the development of cities and towns in various periods, investigates the existing urban structure and the layout of historical buildings on a slope, and combines historical data. The spatial structure, functional zoning, transportation network and green space system of the slope in the early planning of railway construction in the Middle East are studied, and the landscape structure based on the natural environment in the spatial structure and time series is paid close attention to. Focus on its own characteristics. Secondly, the existing public, residential, industrial and commercial buildings and other types of comprehensive investigation. From the plane function layout, traffic streamline organization, space combination techniques and so on. Select more typical buildings for case analysis, summarize the layout rules and design techniques. Technically, find out the structural types and construction methods that support all kinds of building space and form. Summary of material selection and collocation principles. Finally, from the shallow to the slope of the architectural characteristics and regional culture interpretation. In form, from the architectural style classification, volume combination. Starting from the facade elements and decorative language, the author has a rational grasp of the external forms of different materials and functional buildings. In terms of construction concept, it reveals its concept of harmonious and natural environment. Rational and perceptual combination of design techniques and a definite way of operation. Through the understanding and analysis of the architecture, summed up its diversity, integration. Under the trigger of railway construction and urban economy, the population gathered rapidly and the residents of different countries and nationalities brought various cultures. These cultures coexist here. From life style to ideology, from industrial form to social structure, influence each other in every aspect, local and foreign, traditional and modern friction and collision, tolerance and penetration. The process and the result are also reflected in the architecture. In the later development, although the social environment is constantly changing. But in architecture and culture there is still inheritance to the traditional elements, even if the combination of the characteristics of different times has changed, it can still be said that one side of the architectural culture has a better continuity. This paper starts with the extant modern architecture, combines the historical data, carries on the textual research to the generation and the development of the modern architecture on one side slope, analyzes the space and the form of its architecture, and sums up the artistic and cultural characteristics of its architecture. In order to provide material preparation and theoretical basis for the research and protection of its modern architectural culture.
