【摘要】：我國正處在城市化高速發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵階段，國內(nèi)眾多大城市都呈現(xiàn)出多中心城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)的特征，或者正在提出向多中心城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)變的空間發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。縱觀國內(nèi)外多中心城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)展歷程，總體來說，多中心城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)對破解大城市出現(xiàn)的交通擁擠、環(huán)境惡化等問題起到了一定的作用，但同時(shí)也暴露了一些問題和弊端。因此，論文希望通過對多中心城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)的演化過程進(jìn)行深入分析，明晰多中心城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展過程中的本質(zhì)特征和問題，端正對多中心城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)的認(rèn)識，并且提出合理的規(guī)劃干預(yù)目標(biāo)，制定有效的規(guī)劃干預(yù)策略，，引導(dǎo)多中心城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)的健康發(fā)展。 全文共有七個(gè)章節(jié)，其中第三、四、五個(gè)章節(jié)是重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容章節(jié)。 首先，通過國內(nèi)外多中心城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)的演化歷程的回顧，總結(jié)出多中心城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)的演化經(jīng)歷了萌芽、初步形成、初步發(fā)展和再次調(diào)整四個(gè)階段，并介紹了對多中心城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)的規(guī)劃干預(yù)具有指導(dǎo)意義的田園城市、衛(wèi)星城市、有機(jī)疏散三大理論。其次，分析了多中心城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)形成的四大動力因子、三個(gè)作用主體和三種機(jī)制之后，在城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)演變的一般動力機(jī)制基礎(chǔ)上建構(gòu)多中心城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)形成的綜合作用機(jī)制；接下來，總結(jié)了多中心城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)在這種綜合作用機(jī)制下產(chǎn)生的四種發(fā)展模式，然后從系統(tǒng)論的角度，指出所有的多中心城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)都存在四個(gè)系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成要素，并分析了多中心城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)展問題；再者，論述了規(guī)劃干預(yù)的必要性，并在可持續(xù)發(fā)展以及三大規(guī)劃干預(yù)指導(dǎo)理論的指導(dǎo)下，提出了緊湊舒展的空間結(jié)構(gòu)，互補(bǔ)協(xié)作的職能分工，協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的城市區(qū)域三個(gè)規(guī)劃干預(yù)目標(biāo)。最后基于對演化過程特征和目標(biāo)關(guān)聯(lián)性的要素分析，選擇系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成要素作為多中心城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)的規(guī)劃干預(yù)要素，并分別提出行之有效的規(guī)劃干預(yù)策略。再接下來是實(shí)證分析，回顧重慶市主城區(qū)多中心城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)的演化歷程，分析其形成機(jī)制，發(fā)展問題，并提出相應(yīng)的規(guī)劃干預(yù)策略。 文章從多中心城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)的演化歷程出發(fā)，經(jīng)過形成機(jī)制分析，再到發(fā)展特征和問題研究，最后提出一般性的規(guī)劃干預(yù)策略，是一個(gè)完整的過程。期望對多中心城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)的認(rèn)識和發(fā)展能有一定的幫助。
[Abstract]:China is in the city of the key stage of rapid development, many domestic big city presents multi center city spatial structure characteristics, or are put forward to change the city spatial structure of multi center space strategy. The full text has seven chapters, of which third, fourth, five chapters are the key content chapters.
Firstly, by reviewing the evolution of domestic and international multi center city spatial structure, summarizes the evolution of multi center city spatial structure has gone through four stages, initial formation, initial development and adjustment again, satellite and introduces the planning intervention on the spatial structure of multi center city has the guiding significance of garden city, city, organic the three evacuation theory. This article from the evolution of spatial structure of multi center city, through the analysis of the formation mechanism, and then to the characteristics and problems of research, finally puts forward the general planning intervention strategies, is a complete process. Expect to have certain help to the understanding and development of multi center city space structure.
