【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)進(jìn)步，，人們的生活質(zhì)量也在提高。在快節(jié)奏的生活下，大多數(shù)人會(huì)選擇異于過(guò)去傳統(tǒng)的生活方式而選擇外出就餐。飲食作為人類(lèi)生活中不可或缺的一方面，逐漸演變成一種飲食文化在傳承和發(fā)展。在餐飲空間的表現(xiàn)中，除了通過(guò)空間布局、材料質(zhì)感、室內(nèi)陳設(shè)等來(lái)營(yíng)造空間氛圍外，光環(huán)境的運(yùn)用對(duì)于餐飲空間的塑造越來(lái)越被人們重視。通過(guò)光環(huán)境的不同塑造手法能體現(xiàn)不同餐廳的風(fēng)格，為人們提供視覺(jué)和味覺(jué)的雙重享受。 燈光不僅能為餐飲空間提供照明，更可以給人們創(chuàng)造優(yōu)雅舒適的就餐環(huán)境。餐飲空間的設(shè)計(jì)與日常生活空間不同，餐飲空間追求的是非日�；脑O(shè)計(jì)精髓。從人們踏入餐飲空間之前，在一個(gè)能夠看清室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)的距離外對(duì)空間的觀察，到人們走入室內(nèi)，走過(guò)餐廳內(nèi)的各個(gè)區(qū)域，最終到達(dá)餐桌，以至于餐后一邊與同桌的親朋好友等愉快交談，一邊極其地自然地掃視餐廳內(nèi)或者餐廳外時(shí)，都需要讓就餐者感受到這一連串行為中所能看到的自然流暢以及戲劇性、故事性的感受，而就餐者的這些感受都是要由燈光設(shè)計(jì)的細(xì)節(jié)來(lái)決定的。 光環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)在餐飲空間設(shè)計(jì)中越來(lái)越被重視，通過(guò)對(duì)光環(huán)境的設(shè)計(jì)，塑造出各種餐飲空間的意境，可以輕松提升就餐環(huán)境的品質(zhì)，從而吸引更多的消費(fèi)者前來(lái)就餐。本文將從光環(huán)境的本質(zhì)入手，深入探討如何去營(yíng)造餐飲空間室內(nèi)光環(huán)境的意境。
[Abstract]:With social progress, people's quality of life is also improving. In a fast-paced life. Most people choose to eat out in a different way than they used to. Diet is an integral part of human life. Gradually evolved into a diet culture in the heritage and development. In the performance of the dining space, in addition to the space layout, material texture, indoor furnishings to create space atmosphere. People pay more and more attention to the creation of dining space by the use of light environment. Different ways of shaping the light environment can reflect the styles of different restaurants and provide people with the dual enjoyment of vision and taste. Lighting can not only provide lighting for dining space, but also create elegant and comfortable dining environment. The design of dining space is different from daily living space. Dining space pursues the essence of non-daily design. Before people step into the dining space, they can observe the space outside a distance that can see clearly the interior design, and then people walk into the room. Walk through all areas of the restaurant and finally arrive at the table, so that after the meal while talking to friends and family at the table, while extremely naturally looking inside or out of the restaurant. The diners need to be able to feel the natural fluency, the drama, the story that they see in this series of actions, and these feelings are determined by the details of the lighting design. The design of light environment is paid more and more attention to in the design of dining space. Through the design of light environment, we can create the artistic conception of all kinds of dining space, which can easily improve the quality of dining environment. In order to attract more consumers to eat, this article will start with the essence of light environment, and discuss how to create the artistic conception of indoor light environment in dining space.
