【摘要】：伴隨著全球經(jīng)濟的整體不景氣和中國城鎮(zhèn)化拐點的來臨,中國城市開發(fā)建設(shè)迎來了難得的"檢討調(diào)整期"。此時,有必要對前一階段西方城市理念在中國的實踐情況進行反思檢討。本文正是基于這一視角,從BRT和TOD耦合開發(fā)的目的、運作模式和空間形態(tài)三個方面入手探尋相關(guān)的規(guī)律,并以濟南為實證案例進行分析。本文發(fā)現(xiàn),濟南市在BRT和TOD開發(fā)運作中,行政力量的作用過于突出,BRT沿線空間形態(tài)表現(xiàn)出與"串珠型"或"線型城市"典型模式類似的部分特征。最后,本文以推動二者耦合開發(fā)為導(dǎo)向提出相關(guān)的改善建議。
[Abstract]:With the global economic recession and the arrival of China's urbanization inflection point, China's urban development and construction ushered in a rare "review and adjustment period." It is necessary to reflect on the practice of the western urban concept in China in the previous stage. This paper is based on this perspective, from the purpose of BRT and TOD coupling development. Operating mode and spatial form of three aspects to explore the relevant laws, and Jinan as an empirical case analysis. This paper found that Jinan City in the development and operation of BRT and TOD. The role of administrative forces is too prominent along the BRT spatial form shows similar to the "beaded" or "linear city" typical model of some characteristics. Finally. In this paper, to promote the development of coupling between the two for the guidance of the relevant suggestions for improvement.
