【摘要】：隨著市場經濟的加速發(fā)展和城市的更新，幾次變更之后，現(xiàn)代商業(yè)街區(qū)進行著空間和功能的大規(guī)模調整，人們更為注重城市整體空間結構的延續(xù)和人們在空間的體驗。城市商業(yè)空間如何適應時代經濟的發(fā)展，并與城市建設相結合，已成為一道急需解決的難題。本文從動線設計思考入手對步行商業(yè)街區(qū)空間形態(tài)及組織的研究，試圖為這道難題尋找新的切入點，提供研究的可能方法。 現(xiàn)代商業(yè)步行街區(qū)是城市空間發(fā)展與商業(yè)理念、城市環(huán)境融合的良好結合形式，可以產生巨大的社會效應、商業(yè)效應和旅游效應。它不僅僅是單純的購物和銷售場所，而成為了承載城市生活、展現(xiàn)城市文明的舞臺，其設計的優(yōu)劣會直接影響社會公眾的生活品質。因此，對現(xiàn)代商業(yè)步行街區(qū)的空間的研究是一個極具價值的課題，需要從認知與行為、功能組織以及形態(tài)塑造多重維度入手綜合探討。 本文通過引入“動線”概念，即引導并承載人或物運動的動態(tài)連續(xù)的有效路徑，分析動線傳達空間認知、表達空間效率以及控制空間秩序的三層作用；將動線設計作為商業(yè)空間研究的核心，結合消費轉型、經營模式革新、商業(yè)功能復合以及建成形態(tài)塑造分析，明確了動線設計在空間形態(tài)構成，空間組織的作用。 在動線系統(tǒng)引導、聯(lián)系、軸線控制的作用基礎上，結合商業(yè)街區(qū)現(xiàn)存問題，探析商業(yè)街區(qū)形態(tài)塑造和空間布局模式。結合動線設計的基本方法，，較為全面地解析空間形態(tài)的基本構成要素，從建筑、街場、城市三個層級分析步行商業(yè)街區(qū)形態(tài)要素，總結探討各個形態(tài)要素在引導系統(tǒng)、聯(lián)系系統(tǒng)中的角色扮演，另外，動線作為軸線系統(tǒng)，動線是協(xié)調場地環(huán)境，整合道路秩序與建筑格局的基線，形態(tài)要素需要借助動線劃分合理段落、組成有秩序列、生成邏輯結構，以保證街區(qū)空間的完整形態(tài)。本為最后，基于動線設計，對空間形態(tài)組織模式做出了總結即樹狀發(fā)展、基點放射、環(huán)繞回游以及網狀編織、多軸平行五種模式。希望給今后的商業(yè)街區(qū)空間研究提供一些的參考，以建設組織清晰、系統(tǒng)整體、經濟高效的商業(yè)街區(qū)。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the development of market economy and the renewal of the city, after several changes, the modern commercial district on a large scale adjustment of space and function, people pay more attention to the continuation of the overall spatial structure of the city and the people in the space experience. How to adapt to the development of city commercial space economy, combined with the city construction, has become the an urgent need to solve the problem. The research on commercial pedestrian street space form and organization design in this paper starting from the thinking, trying to find a new starting point for this problem, possible methods of research.
The modern commercial pedestrian street is the city space development and business philosophy, good combination of city environment integration, can produce huge social effect, commercial effect and effect of tourism. It is not only a shopping place, and became the host of city life, the city civilization stage, its design will directly influence the quality of the quality of public life. Therefore, the research on the modern commercial pedestrian street space is a very valuable topic, from the cognitive and behavioral function, organization and shape of multiple dimensions of comprehensive study.
In this paper, by introducing the concept of "Circulation", that is to guide and load dynamic person or thing movement of the continuous path analysis, dynamic convey spatial cognition, three layer spatial efficiency and controlling spatial order; will design as the core of commercial space research, combined with the transformation of consumption, business model innovation, business functional compound and built shape analysis, clear line design in the space form, space organization.
Guide in the circulation system, the role of basic axis control, combined with the existing problems of the commercial district, commercial district shape and space layout mode. Combined with the basic method of design, is the basic elements of the comprehensive analysis on space form from the building, street, city three levels of analysis of commercial pedestrian blocks form elements to summarize, the various forms of elements in the guidance system, contact system in the role, in addition, the line as axis system, dynamic coordination environment and base line integration order and the construction pattern, form elements need reasonable division line paragraph consists of a rank sequence, generating logic structure, in order to ensure the complete form of street space for this. Finally, based on the design, the space organization model and summarizes the development of that tree, basis of radiation, surrounded by swimming and woven mesh, multi axis Parallel five models. We hope to provide some reference for future commercial block space research in order to build a clear, systematic and economically efficient commercial block.
