【摘要】:隨著商品混凝土和泵送技術(shù)的廣泛應(yīng)用,施工周期大大縮短,在這種情況下,現(xiàn)澆鋼筋混凝土樓板不同程度地出現(xiàn)了裂縫。這種裂縫常常引起樓板滲漏、鋼筋腐蝕、混凝土碳化等現(xiàn)象,引起業(yè)主的投訴并影響到結(jié)構(gòu)的使用壽命。針對(duì)現(xiàn)澆混凝土樓板裂縫,本文進(jìn)行了以下幾個(gè)方向的工作: 1.從概念上分析現(xiàn)澆混凝土樓板結(jié)構(gòu)裂縫的類(lèi)型、主要特征、形成機(jī)理以及發(fā)育過(guò)程。 2.從設(shè)計(jì)和施工兩個(gè)方面對(duì)現(xiàn)澆混凝土樓板裂縫的產(chǎn)生因素進(jìn)行分析,并提出相應(yīng)的控制措施,結(jié)合工程實(shí)例對(duì)如何控制現(xiàn)澆混凝土樓板裂縫進(jìn)行討論。 3.為了更好的防止裂縫的產(chǎn)生,提出裂縫的綜合控制方法,即綜合考慮各方面原因,從多道工序上采取相應(yīng)措施,對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)及施工具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。 4.結(jié)合工程實(shí)例,采用分離式建模方法,對(duì)鋼筋混凝土樓板進(jìn)行了模擬計(jì)算,結(jié)果表明有限元在用于分析鋼筋混凝土裂縫方面是可行的,并依據(jù)計(jì)算中板的薄弱位置和裂縫產(chǎn)生的過(guò)程提出了防治建議。
[Abstract]:With the wide application of commercial concrete and pumping technology , the construction period is shortened greatly . In this case , the cast - in - place reinforced concrete floor has cracks in different degrees . This kind of crack often causes the phenomena of floor leakage , reinforcement corrosion , concrete carbonation , etc . , which causes the owner ' s complaint and affects the service life of the structure . In view of the cracks of cast - in - place concrete floor slab , the following directions are worked out : 1 . The types , main characteristics , forming mechanism and development process of the cracks in cast - in - place concrete floor slab are analyzed conceptually . 2 . The factors of the cracks of cast - in - place concrete floor slab are analyzed from two aspects of design and construction , and corresponding control measures are put forward , and how to control the cracks of cast - in - place concrete floor slab is discussed in combination with engineering examples . 3 . In order to prevent the occurrence of cracks , the comprehensive control method of cracks is put forward , that is , the reasons of various aspects are comprehensively considered , and corresponding measures are taken from the multi - step process , which has certain guiding significance for the design and construction . 4 . Combined with the engineering example , the steel reinforced concrete floor slab was simulated by means of separate modeling method . The results show that the finite element is feasible in the analysis of the crack of reinforced concrete , and the prevention and cure suggestion is put forward based on the weak position of the plate and the process of crack .
