【摘要】:公共照明是公共機(jī)構(gòu)能耗的重要方面,對(duì)公共照明進(jìn)行節(jié)能有助于解決我國(guó)資源量缺乏和社會(huì)發(fā)展高能耗間的矛盾。道路照明做為公共照明中的主要方面,具有能源用量大能效低的特點(diǎn),做為道路交通設(shè)施又影響著人們道路交通安全,近幾年來(lái)節(jié)假日免費(fèi)交通帶來(lái)?yè)矶潞鸵归g通行的問(wèn)題更加突顯了道路照明對(duì)交通安全的影響作用。智能交通系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)廣泛應(yīng)用,,可以提供反應(yīng)人們?nèi)粘P袨樘卣鞯挠行?shù)據(jù)。合理地利用智能交通數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行照明控制和能效評(píng)價(jià),有利于挖掘公共照明節(jié)能潛力,在節(jié)能的同時(shí)提供滿意的照明服務(wù)保證交通安全。 本文研究面向公共照明的能效評(píng)價(jià),建立基于智能交通的公共照明控制節(jié)能模型,對(duì)公共照明節(jié)能控制進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,在節(jié)能的同時(shí)滿足照明需求。本文主要包括以下幾方面工作: (1)通過(guò)公共照明系統(tǒng)在用能、管理和控制方面的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),初步確定了能效評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象,同時(shí)分析了公眾受交通、天氣、時(shí)間等因素影響下的照明需求,通過(guò)對(duì)智能交通數(shù)據(jù)源的數(shù)據(jù)請(qǐng)求和異構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)的解析與處理,構(gòu)建公共照明能效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),利用現(xiàn)有數(shù)據(jù)資源進(jìn)行公共照明的能效評(píng)價(jià)。 (2)結(jié)合公共照明節(jié)能問(wèn)題的特點(diǎn),為滿足對(duì)公共照明的需求建立基于能效信息的節(jié)能模型;結(jié)合公共照明運(yùn)行的特點(diǎn),建立基于能效信息預(yù)測(cè)的節(jié)能模型,從而在公共照明領(lǐng)域?qū)崿F(xiàn)智能照明;分析公共照明節(jié)能問(wèn)題的灰色特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)基于灰色系統(tǒng)預(yù)測(cè)的公共照明節(jié)能優(yōu)化算法并進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn),對(duì)比不同的模型更新策略對(duì)預(yù)測(cè)誤差率的影響。 (3)在上述能效評(píng)價(jià)和預(yù)測(cè)能效節(jié)能等工作的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)公共照明節(jié)能系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行需求分析,設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)主要功能,設(shè)計(jì)智能交通的數(shù)據(jù)請(qǐng)求處理流程,設(shè)計(jì)公共照明能效評(píng)價(jià)流程,設(shè)計(jì)基于灰色系統(tǒng)預(yù)測(cè)能效的公共照明節(jié)能優(yōu)化流程,設(shè)計(jì)用于實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)功能的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。 (4)對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)的公共照明節(jié)能系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行實(shí)現(xiàn),具有照明分組基礎(chǔ)信息管理、能效指標(biāo)管理、交通數(shù)據(jù)管理和控制策略管理等功能,應(yīng)用本文研究的基于能效評(píng)價(jià)及能效預(yù)測(cè)控制節(jié)能技術(shù),利用地圖在數(shù)據(jù)展示操作方面的直觀性提供友好的交互界面,對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)的系統(tǒng)功能設(shè)計(jì)用例進(jìn)行測(cè)試。
[Abstract]:Public lighting is an important aspect of energy consumption in public institutions. Energy saving of public lighting is helpful to solve the contradiction between lack of resources and high energy consumption in social development. Road lighting is the main aspect of public lighting. With the characteristics of large energy consumption, low energy efficiency, as a road traffic facilities and affect people's road traffic safety. In recent years, the problem of traffic congestion and night traffic caused by free traffic during holidays has highlighted the impact of road lighting on traffic safety. Intelligent Transportation system (its) has been widely used. It can provide effective data reflecting the characteristics of people's daily behavior, and reasonably use intelligent traffic data for lighting control and energy efficiency evaluation, which is helpful to tap the potential of public lighting energy conservation. At the same time to provide satisfactory lighting services to ensure traffic safety. In this paper, the energy efficiency evaluation for public lighting is studied, and the energy-saving model of public lighting control based on intelligent transportation is established to optimize the energy-saving control of public lighting. This paper mainly includes the following aspects: 1) through the structural characteristics of energy use, management and control of public lighting system, the evaluation object of energy efficiency is preliminarily determined, and the lighting demand of the public affected by traffic, weather, time and other factors is analyzed at the same time. Based on the analysis and processing of the data request and heterogeneous data of intelligent transportation data source, the energy efficiency evaluation index of public lighting is constructed, and the energy efficiency evaluation of public lighting is carried out by using the existing data resources. (2) combining the characteristics of energy saving of public lighting, the energy saving model based on energy efficiency information is established to meet the demand of public lighting. Based on the characteristics of public lighting operation, an energy saving model based on energy efficiency information prediction is established to realize intelligent lighting in the field of public lighting. This paper analyzes the grey characteristics of public lighting energy saving problem, designs the optimization algorithm of public lighting energy saving based on grey system prediction and carries out experiments, and compares the influence of different model updating strategies on prediction error rate. Based on the work of energy efficiency evaluation and energy efficiency prediction, this paper analyzes the demand of public lighting energy saving system, designs the main functions of the system, and designs the process of data request processing for intelligent transportation. The evaluation process of public lighting energy efficiency is designed, the optimization process of public lighting energy efficiency based on grey system prediction is designed, and the database is designed to realize the function of the system. The system has the functions of basic information management of lighting grouping, energy efficiency index management, traffic data management and control strategy management and so on. Based on the energy efficiency evaluation and energy efficiency prediction control technology studied in this paper, a friendly interactive interface is provided by using the visualization of map data presentation operation, and the system function design use case is tested.
