【摘要】：作為建筑全生命周期中持續(xù)時(shí)間較長(zhǎng)、對(duì)工程質(zhì)量影響最為直接的施工階段，存在諸如技術(shù)水平和管理理念落后、資源浪費(fèi)現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重、施工信息表達(dá)及傳遞模糊等問(wèn)題。建筑信息模型（Building Information Modeling，簡(jiǎn)稱BIM），通過(guò)參數(shù)化模型整合工程項(xiàng)目的各類相關(guān)信息，并在全生命周期過(guò)程中進(jìn)行共享和傳遞，其可視化、協(xié)調(diào)性、模擬性、優(yōu)化性的特點(diǎn)為其在施工中的應(yīng)用奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。 本文在總結(jié)已有的BIM技術(shù)在施工階段應(yīng)用價(jià)值的基礎(chǔ)上，主要作以下研究： （1）提出“基于BIM的實(shí)時(shí)模型”的概念，并介紹實(shí)時(shí)模型的創(chuàng)建方法，闡述現(xiàn)階段BIM技術(shù)在施工階段的應(yīng)用思路及實(shí)現(xiàn)方法。 （2）以實(shí)際工程案例為背景，從建筑施工現(xiàn)狀和實(shí)際需求出發(fā)，依次創(chuàng)建滿足不同情境需求的實(shí)時(shí)模型，展開(kāi)在以下三方面的應(yīng)用探討： ①發(fā)揮BIM的參數(shù)化優(yōu)勢(shì)，實(shí)現(xiàn)混凝土灌注樁由三維模型到鋼筋下料的直接提取。承載真實(shí)鋼筋信息的混凝土灌注樁是該應(yīng)用情境下的實(shí)時(shí)模型。基于自建鋼筋族的通用性，可錄入“實(shí)時(shí)族庫(kù)”，為以后不同項(xiàng)目的混凝土灌注樁所用。 ②把施工模型精細(xì)化，形成順應(yīng)進(jìn)度管理應(yīng)用需求的實(shí)時(shí)模型，探討其在4D模擬建造以及施工方案對(duì)比方面的價(jià)值。 ③充分利用BIM的設(shè)計(jì)效果可視化特點(diǎn)，補(bǔ)充完善視圖及模型，，使該實(shí)時(shí)模型能夠準(zhǔn)確指導(dǎo)施工，尤其為復(fù)雜節(jié)點(diǎn)的施工指導(dǎo)所用。
[Abstract]:As the construction stage, which has a long life cycle and has the most direct impact on the quality of the project, such as the backward level of technology and management concept, the waste of resources is serious. Building Information Modeling (BIMM). Through the parameterized model to integrate all kinds of relevant information of the project, and share and transfer in the whole life cycle process, its visualization, coordination, simulation. The characteristics of optimality lay a theoretical foundation for its application in construction. On the basis of summarizing the application value of the existing BIM technology in the construction stage, this paper mainly makes the following research: 1) the concept of "real time model based on BIM" is put forward, and the method of establishing real time model is introduced, and the application and realization of BIM technology in construction stage are expounded. 2) based on the actual engineering case, starting from the actual construction situation and the actual demand, the real-time model to meet the needs of different situations is established in turn, and the application in the following three aspects is discussed. 1 give play to the parameterized advantage of BIM. The concrete cast-in-place pile can be directly extracted from the three-dimensional model to the steel bar material. The concrete cast-in-place pile bearing the information of the real steel bar is the real-time model in the application situation. Based on the generality of self-built reinforcing bar family. Can be input into the "real-time family library", for the future of different projects of concrete pile. (2) the construction model is refined to form a real-time model to meet the requirements of schedule management, and its value in 4D simulation construction and construction scheme comparison is discussed. (3) make full use of the visual features of design effect of BIM, complement and perfect the view and model, make the real-time model can guide construction accurately, especially for the construction guidance of complex nodes.
