【摘要】：現(xiàn)代城市化水平和城市規(guī)模是區(qū)域和國家競爭力的主要平衡指標(biāo)。特大城市作為區(qū)域性的中心城市,匯集了就業(yè)機會,并形成產(chǎn)業(yè)的集聚發(fā)展。產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的載體是各類產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)。產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)屬于城市經(jīng)濟或與城市經(jīng)濟緊密聯(lián)系的組成部分,具有專業(yè)分工、區(qū)域引導(dǎo)和輻射功能。在特大城市空間拓展過程中,產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)主要在產(chǎn)業(yè)與空間兩個方面經(jīng)歷了轉(zhuǎn)型升級發(fā)展。其在產(chǎn)業(yè)方面進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)型升級主要表現(xiàn)在區(qū)域間的產(chǎn)業(yè)互動發(fā)展提升了園區(qū)的核心競爭力,包括對于產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚水平和層次的提升、區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)資源的高效配置、園區(qū)投資環(huán)境的優(yōu)化等幾方面。而在空間上的發(fā)展主要表現(xiàn)在從傳統(tǒng)的產(chǎn)城分離的園區(qū)發(fā)展模式向產(chǎn)城融合的發(fā)展模式的轉(zhuǎn)變,是園區(qū)與城市功能相融合,從而形成從園區(qū)到城市功能區(qū)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級。主要包括分層次優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)空間、加強園區(qū)規(guī)劃和土地統(tǒng)籌管理、完善園區(qū)配套與實現(xiàn)職住平衡等幾方面。本文首先對于國內(nèi)外特大城市空間拓展與產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的相關(guān)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行研究。主要從特大城市空間拓展、產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)、特大城市空間拓展與產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)發(fā)展的關(guān)系三方面進(jìn)行研究,并通過典型案例進(jìn)行分析,這也是本文之后的研究基礎(chǔ)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,針對特大城市空間拓展過程中產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)遇到的問題,從產(chǎn)業(yè)和空間兩個方面進(jìn)行論述。在產(chǎn)業(yè)方面,針對特大城市產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展方面面臨的瓶頸,提出區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)互動發(fā)展提升園區(qū)核心競爭力的解決方案。在空間方面,針對目前產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)“孤島”式的發(fā)展,提出了產(chǎn)城融合的發(fā)展模式,指導(dǎo)園區(qū)從傳統(tǒng)的產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)模式向產(chǎn)城融合模式的戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型。同時,本文以位于北京市的中關(guān)村生命科學(xué)園為實踐項目案例,針對北京城市空間拓展過程中產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)發(fā)展遇到的問題,從產(chǎn)業(yè)、空間、道路交通、生態(tài)景觀等方面進(jìn)行研究,并提出相應(yīng)的解決方案。最后,針對本文的主要研究成果進(jìn)行總結(jié),并提出進(jìn)一步的研究思路。
[Abstract]:The modern urbanization level and city scale is the main balance index of regional and national competitiveness of large city as the regional center of the city, a collection of jobs, and the formation of industrial agglomeration. The carrier of industrial agglomeration is all kinds of Industrial Park Industrial Park. The city belongs to the part of economics or closely linked with the city economy, has the professional division of labor, and guide the regional radiation function. In the large city spatial expansion process in the industrial park, mainly in two aspects of industry and space development has experienced the transformation and upgrading. The main performance of the transformation and upgrading of industry interaction development between regions to enhance the core competitiveness of the industry in the park, including the Industrial Park industrial agglomeration level and the level of regional industry, efficient allocation of resources, several aspects of park investment environment optimization. And the development in the space on the main performance The transformation of the development pattern of park development model is separated from the traditional city to city produced fusion, is the fusion zone and the city function, so as to form the upgrade from the park to the transformation of city function district. Mainly include the optimization of industrial spatial hierarchy, strengthen park planning and land management, improve the park facilities and implementation of job housing balance several aspects. Firstly, the related content of domestic and foreign large city space expansion and industrial park were studied. Mainly from the city space development, industrial park, city spatial development relationship between development and industrial park on the three aspects, and through the analysis of typical cases, this is also the basis of research on the basis. According to the industrial park, encountered problems in the process of city spatial expansion, from the two aspects of industry and space. In the industry, for the large Facing the bottleneck of City Industrial Park industrial development, put forward the solution of regional industrial interaction development to enhance the park's core competitiveness. In the space, aiming at the development of Industrial Park "island", put forward the development mode of production integration of the city, the strategic transformation to guide the park industrial park model integration mode from the traditional to the city at the same time, the city of Beijing is located in the Zhongguancun Life Science Park to practice for the development of industrial park project cases, the problems encountered in the process, Beijing city spatial expansion from the industry, space, road traffic, study ecological landscape, and puts forward the corresponding solutions. Finally, the main research results of this paper are summarized. And put forward ideas for further research.
