【摘要】：中國(guó)國(guó)際工程公司(CICCs)正快速發(fā)展海外業(yè)務(wù),并已成為非洲建設(shè)市場(chǎng)占據(jù)主導(dǎo)地位的市場(chǎng)主體之一。與此同時(shí),特別是對(duì)于發(fā)展中的國(guó)家及地區(qū)而言,企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任(CSR)已經(jīng)成為各承包商開(kāi)展相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)過(guò)程中的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題。所以,各國(guó)際工程承包企業(yè)需要清楚地認(rèn)識(shí)和理解企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任背后的含義,分辨其優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì),掌握其實(shí)施過(guò)程,管控其實(shí)施水平,判斷其未來(lái)的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)。這對(duì)于中國(guó)承包商繼續(xù)擴(kuò)大在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈的非洲承包市場(chǎng)的份額和優(yōu)勢(shì)也具有十分重要的意義�，F(xiàn)在,企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任和企業(yè)責(zé)任被視為是在非洲開(kāi)展各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)時(shí)所必須面對(duì)的新的重要因素。所以,就這一點(diǎn)而言,對(duì)于中國(guó)國(guó)際工程承包商來(lái)說(shuō)就需要建立相關(guān)指標(biāo)對(duì)其在非開(kāi)展業(yè)務(wù)開(kāi)展相關(guān)的評(píng)價(jià),并利用這些指標(biāo)提供切實(shí)可行的解決方案。這也將有助于改善在非洲相關(guān)行業(yè)企業(yè)的企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任水平,并且也有助于站在非洲當(dāng)?shù)鼐用窈拖M(fèi)者的角度上探討中國(guó)國(guó)際工程承包商在業(yè)務(wù)開(kāi)展地的實(shí)際企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任狀況。以上背景的分析也是此項(xiàng)研究工作的前提�；诖�,研究沿著兩個(gè)不同的研究思路對(duì)此問(wèn)題開(kāi)展了調(diào)查分析工作,也就是從非洲當(dāng)?shù)鼐用衽c中資施工方等兩個(gè)方向?qū)ζ髽I(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任績(jī)效進(jìn)行考察。然后,研究對(duì)于中國(guó)國(guó)際承包商在非洲開(kāi)展業(yè)務(wù)過(guò)程中企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任的一些方面開(kāi)展了更為深入的分析,這包括企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任開(kāi)展的戰(zhàn)略,實(shí)施的水平,優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)以及未來(lái)的發(fā)展預(yù)測(cè)等等。與此同時(shí),研究利用尼日利亞作為研究案例,這是因?yàn)槟崛绽麃喪欠侵拮畲蟮慕?jīng)濟(jì)體,并且吸引了最多的中國(guó)建設(shè)投資,這對(duì)于清晰認(rèn)識(shí)企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任在非現(xiàn)狀具有顯著代表性。研究運(yùn)用了結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)綜述和網(wǎng)絡(luò)封閉式調(diào)查問(wèn)卷的研究方法,基于中國(guó)承包商和非洲居民兩個(gè)維度開(kāi)展了研究工作,對(duì)企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任的優(yōu)勢(shì)、實(shí)施、劣勢(shì)和未來(lái)展望等四個(gè)因素進(jìn)行了觀察和分析。最終,SWOT分析模型被用來(lái)作為一個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的最終分析模型,來(lái)進(jìn)一步突出本研究所得出的結(jié)果,并且為非洲的消費(fèi)者(政府和私人投資者)以及中國(guó)的項(xiàng)目參與者(政府、中國(guó)大型國(guó)企以及私人小型承包商)提供相應(yīng)的政策和實(shí)施建議。
[Abstract]:China international engineering company (CICCs) is the rapid development of overseas business, and has become one of the African construction market occupy the dominant position in the market. At the same time, especially for the countries and regions in the development, corporate social responsibility (CSR) has become a key problem of each contractor development related business process. So, the international engineering contracting enterprises need to know and understand what the meaning of corporate social responsibility, distinguish the advantages and disadvantages, grasp the implementation process, the implementation of management level, determine the future opportunities and challenges. This has a very important meaning for the China contractors continue to expand in the fierce competition in the African market share contract and now, the corporate social responsibility and corporate responsibility is regarded as an important factor in the new must face to carry out the business in Africa. So, on this point As for Chinese international engineering contractors will need to establish the index of correlation in non business to carry out the evaluation, and use these indicators to provide a feasible solution. It will also contribute to the improvement in Africa related industries and enterprises in the social responsibility of the enterprise level, and also help local residents stand in Africa and the consumer perspective on China international engineering contractor in the actual situation of enterprise social responsibility business development. The premise is the background analysis of the above research work. Based on this, the research along two different approaches to the research of this problem to carry out investigation work, is also from Africa, local residents and Chinese construction etc. the two directions of the corporate social responsibility performance were investigated. Then, the research for Chinese international contractors to carry out corporate social responsibility in the business process in Africa some To carry out a more in-depth analysis, including the social responsibility of the enterprise development strategy, the level of implementation, and the future development of the advantages and disadvantages of prediction and so on. At the same time, using Nigeria as a case study, this is because Nigeria is Africa's largest economy, and attracted the most Chinese construction investment, for a clear understanding of this corporate social responsibility has the remarkable representative in the non use of the status quo. Combined with the method of literature review and network closed questionnaire, the two dimensions of Chinese contractors and African residents to carry out research work on the implementation of corporate social responsibility, and observed and analyzed the disadvantages and future prospects and other four factors. Finally, SWOT model is used as the final analysis model of a standard, to further highlight the results of this study, and for Africa Consumers (government and private investors) and Chinese project participants (government, China's large state owned enterprises and private small contractors) provide corresponding policies and implementation proposals.
