【摘要】：中國國際工程公司(CICCs)正快速發(fā)展海外業(yè)務(wù),并已成為非洲建設(shè)市場占據(jù)主導(dǎo)地位的市場主體之一。與此同時,特別是對于發(fā)展中的國家及地區(qū)而言,企業(yè)社會責(zé)任(CSR)已經(jīng)成為各承包商開展相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)過程中的一個關(guān)鍵問題。所以,各國際工程承包企業(yè)需要清楚地認(rèn)識和理解企業(yè)社會責(zé)任背后的含義,分辨其優(yōu)勢和劣勢,掌握其實施過程,管控其實施水平,判斷其未來的機遇與挑戰(zhàn)。這對于中國承包商繼續(xù)擴大在競爭激烈的非洲承包市場的份額和優(yōu)勢也具有十分重要的意義。現(xiàn)在,企業(yè)社會責(zé)任和企業(yè)責(zé)任被視為是在非洲開展各項業(yè)務(wù)時所必須面對的新的重要因素。所以,就這一點而言,對于中國國際工程承包商來說就需要建立相關(guān)指標(biāo)對其在非開展業(yè)務(wù)開展相關(guān)的評價,并利用這些指標(biāo)提供切實可行的解決方案。這也將有助于改善在非洲相關(guān)行業(yè)企業(yè)的企業(yè)社會責(zé)任水平,并且也有助于站在非洲當(dāng)?shù)鼐用窈拖M者的角度上探討中國國際工程承包商在業(yè)務(wù)開展地的實際企業(yè)社會責(zé)任狀況。以上背景的分析也是此項研究工作的前提�；诖�,研究沿著兩個不同的研究思路對此問題開展了調(diào)查分析工作,也就是從非洲當(dāng)?shù)鼐用衽c中資施工方等兩個方向?qū)ζ髽I(yè)社會責(zé)任績效進行考察。然后,研究對于中國國際承包商在非洲開展業(yè)務(wù)過程中企業(yè)社會責(zé)任的一些方面開展了更為深入的分析,這包括企業(yè)社會責(zé)任開展的戰(zhàn)略,實施的水平,優(yōu)缺點以及未來的發(fā)展預(yù)測等等。與此同時,研究利用尼日利亞作為研究案例,這是因為尼日利亞是非洲最大的經(jīng)濟體,并且吸引了最多的中國建設(shè)投資,這對于清晰認(rèn)識企業(yè)社會責(zé)任在非現(xiàn)狀具有顯著代表性。研究運用了結(jié)合文獻綜述和網(wǎng)絡(luò)封閉式調(diào)查問卷的研究方法,基于中國承包商和非洲居民兩個維度開展了研究工作,對企業(yè)社會責(zé)任的優(yōu)勢、實施、劣勢和未來展望等四個因素進行了觀察和分析。最終,SWOT分析模型被用來作為一個標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的最終分析模型,來進一步突出本研究所得出的結(jié)果,并且為非洲的消費者(政府和私人投資者)以及中國的項目參與者(政府、中國大型國企以及私人小型承包商)提供相應(yīng)的政策和實施建議。
[Abstract]:China international engineering company (CICCs) is the rapid development of overseas business, and has become one of the African construction market occupy the dominant position in the market. At the same time, especially for the countries and regions in the development, corporate social responsibility (CSR) has become a key problem of each contractor development related business process. So, the international engineering contracting enterprises need to know and understand what the meaning of corporate social responsibility, distinguish the advantages and disadvantages, grasp the implementation process, the implementation of management level, determine the future opportunities and challenges. This has a very important meaning for the China contractors continue to expand in the fierce competition in the African market share contract and now, the corporate social responsibility and corporate responsibility is regarded as an important factor in the new must face to carry out the business in Africa. So, on this point As for Chinese international engineering contractors will need to establish the index of correlation in non business to carry out the evaluation, and use these indicators to provide a feasible solution. It will also contribute to the improvement in Africa related industries and enterprises in the social responsibility of the enterprise level, and also help local residents stand in Africa and the consumer perspective on China international engineering contractor in the actual situation of enterprise social responsibility business development. The premise is the background analysis of the above research work. Based on this, the research along two different approaches to the research of this problem to carry out investigation work, is also from Africa, local residents and Chinese construction etc. the two directions of the corporate social responsibility performance were investigated. Then, the research for Chinese international contractors to carry out corporate social responsibility in the business process in Africa some To carry out a more in-depth analysis, including the social responsibility of the enterprise development strategy, the level of implementation, and the future development of the advantages and disadvantages of prediction and so on. At the same time, using Nigeria as a case study, this is because Nigeria is Africa's largest economy, and attracted the most Chinese construction investment, for a clear understanding of this corporate social responsibility has the remarkable representative in the non use of the status quo. Combined with the method of literature review and network closed questionnaire, the two dimensions of Chinese contractors and African residents to carry out research work on the implementation of corporate social responsibility, and observed and analyzed the disadvantages and future prospects and other four factors. Finally, SWOT model is used as the final analysis model of a standard, to further highlight the results of this study, and for Africa Consumers (government and private investors) and Chinese project participants (government, China's large state owned enterprises and private small contractors) provide corresponding policies and implementation proposals.
