基于認(rèn)知地圖的合肥市大學(xué)新區(qū)戶外空間評(píng)價(jià)及整治對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:高校招生規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大使很多高校逐步擴(kuò)建和新建,大學(xué)新區(qū)的建設(shè)在取得重大成就的同時(shí),也存在一些問(wèn)題,如校園特質(zhì)不明顯、戶外空間設(shè)計(jì)忽略使用者需求等,這些都值得進(jìn)一步觀察與探討。本文通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)回顧及對(duì)使用者認(rèn)知地圖的調(diào)查,構(gòu)建了大學(xué)新區(qū)戶外空間的認(rèn)知評(píng)價(jià)體系,分析與評(píng)價(jià)了合肥市大學(xué)新區(qū)戶外空間并總結(jié)其設(shè)計(jì)的不足,進(jìn)而提出戶外空間整治的原則與對(duì)策,以期為大學(xué)新區(qū)戶外空間的整治提供具體的參考方向。 感知過(guò)的空間環(huán)境在記憶中重現(xiàn)的形象就是認(rèn)知地圖。文章對(duì)認(rèn)知地圖理論和實(shí)踐進(jìn)行總結(jié),以城市認(rèn)知要素為架構(gòu)基礎(chǔ)得出大學(xué)新區(qū)認(rèn)知的構(gòu)成要素和影響要素,進(jìn)而構(gòu)建大學(xué)新區(qū)戶外空間認(rèn)知的評(píng)價(jià)體系。采用圖片法、認(rèn)知草圖繪制、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查等認(rèn)知地圖方法對(duì)合肥市大學(xué)新區(qū)學(xué)生群體進(jìn)行調(diào)查,對(duì)校園戶外空間進(jìn)行分析并評(píng)價(jià)。得到合肥市大學(xué)新區(qū)戶外空間的特點(diǎn)與不足:合肥市大學(xué)新區(qū)戶外空間的認(rèn)知草圖階段類(lèi)型以空間型為主,標(biāo)志要素的設(shè)計(jì)較差,道路要素在學(xué)生印象中出現(xiàn)率較高,但方向感不強(qiáng),定位準(zhǔn)確度不高;校園核心區(qū)域不夠清晰,分區(qū)距離不適宜,出現(xiàn)了學(xué)生公共認(rèn)知圖的核心與規(guī)劃中心不一致的情況;部分學(xué)校的公共認(rèn)知地圖中出現(xiàn)空白區(qū)和不安全區(qū),這說(shuō)明其發(fā)展用地普遍未得到充分的利用;當(dāng)公共認(rèn)知范圍的臨界值M1約為1/3、M2約為1/4時(shí)校園戶外空間層次清晰、重點(diǎn)突出,可以給學(xué)生留下深刻(同意率>70%)或較深刻(同意率>50%)的印象;雖然合肥市大學(xué)新區(qū)戶外空間的歸屬感、安全感和舒適感均較好,但文化氛圍不足,,建筑和景觀特色不鮮明,空間環(huán)境的設(shè)計(jì)與校園定位、學(xué)科特色的結(jié)合方面有待加強(qiáng);有些校園的空間架構(gòu)不清晰,建筑或道路命名無(wú)特色,校園軸線關(guān)系不清晰;公共認(rèn)知圖受專(zhuān)業(yè)和性別的影響明顯。 文章在以上研究的基礎(chǔ)上,從認(rèn)知角度提出了合肥市大學(xué)新區(qū)戶外空間整治的原則與對(duì)策,以期為大學(xué)新區(qū)戶外空間的整治提供具體的操作模式。大學(xué)新區(qū)戶外空間的整治應(yīng)有整體和發(fā)展的眼光,在充分了解學(xué)生的使用特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上本著空間體系層次復(fù)合性、認(rèn)知要素關(guān)聯(lián)性簡(jiǎn)明性、使用群體共同參與、地域文化與學(xué)科特色等原則,主要應(yīng)從以下幾個(gè)方面著手:應(yīng)統(tǒng)一功能區(qū)風(fēng)格,各分區(qū)應(yīng)緊密聯(lián)系;提升雕塑小品的內(nèi)涵,設(shè)置特色標(biāo)志物系統(tǒng);明確校園核心區(qū)域?qū)哟危WC核心區(qū)可達(dá)性;規(guī)劃清晰的道路網(wǎng),突出校園軸線系統(tǒng);統(tǒng)一建筑的整體風(fēng)格,突出其個(gè)性特征;確定中心景觀的合適位置,基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施應(yīng)齊全;明確校園的主題,保證道路景觀的連續(xù)性;合理利用發(fā)展用地,提高戶外空間使用效率。 本文構(gòu)建了大學(xué)新區(qū)戶外空間的認(rèn)知評(píng)價(jià)體系,在調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)合肥市大學(xué)新區(qū)進(jìn)行了認(rèn)知狀況的分析與評(píng)價(jià),得出其戶外空間的特點(diǎn),在此基礎(chǔ)上了針對(duì)合肥市大學(xué)新區(qū)戶外空間提出整治原則和策略,具有一定的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。文章給其它大學(xué)新區(qū)戶外空間的評(píng)價(jià)和整治提供了參考方向,希望規(guī)劃者在校園規(guī)劃中真正考慮到使用者的需求,做到以人為本,創(chuàng)造出有特色的大學(xué)校園戶外空間環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:The expansion of college enrollment to many colleges and universities gradually expansion and new construction in the District, the university has made significant achievements at the same time, there are also some problems, such as the characteristics of the campus outdoor space design is not obvious, neglecting the needs of users, these are worthy of further observation and discussion. This paper surveys and on users' cognitive map through literature review, construction the cognitive evaluation system of university outdoor space area, analysis and evaluation of Hefei City University of new outdoor space and summarizes its design problems, and puts forward the principles and Countermeasures of outdoor space renovation, renovation in order to provide reference for the new University outdoor space specific direction.
The space environment perception in the memory to reproduce the image is based on cognitive map. Cognitive map theory and practice, to city cognitive elements as the important elements that the architecture based University of new cognition and influencing factors, then construct the new university outdoor space cognitive evaluation system. Using the image method, cognitive sketch, questionnaire investigation of cognitive map method to carry on the investigation to Hefei City University of new student groups, to analyze and evaluate the characteristics of the outdoor space of campus. The Hefei City University of new outdoor space and the lack of cognitive sketch types in Hefei City University of new outdoor space to space the main design elements of the road sign of poor, elements in the student impression the higher occurrence rate, but is not strong sense of direction, the positioning accuracy is not high; the core area of the campus is not clear enough, the partition distance is not appropriate, the school The core of the public cognitive map and planning center inconsistencies; blank area and safe area public cognitive map of some schools, this shows that the development of land generally have not been fully utilized; the critical value when the public perception of the scope of the M1 is about 1/3, M2 is about 1/4 when the campus outdoor space level clear, focused, can give students a profound (consent rate > 70%) or deep (consent rate > 50%) impression; although Hefei City University of new outdoor space of belonging, sense of security and comfort are good, but the lack of culture, architecture and landscape characteristic, design and planning of campus space the environment, combined with the subject characteristics needs to be strengthened; some of the campus space structure is not clear, the building or road named Moteshai, campus axis relations is not clear; the influence of public cognitive map by professional and gender significantly.
Based on the above research, put forward the principles and Countermeasures of Hefei City University of new outdoor space renovation from the perspective of cognition regulation in order to provide new university outdoor space specific mode of operation. University of new outdoor space renovation should be the overall development vision, based on the full understanding of the use of the characteristics of students on the line the space hierarchy compound, cognitive relevance factor of concise, user groups to participate in the regional culture and the subject characteristics, principles, mainly from the following aspects: functional areas should be unified style, each district should be closely linked; to enhance the meaning of sculpture, set up the characteristic marker system; clear the core regional level, guarantee the core area of accessibility of road network planning; clear, prominent campus axis system; overall unified style building, highlighting its characteristics determine the center; The proper location of the landscape and the infrastructure should be complete. Clear the theme of the campus, ensure the continuity of the road landscape, make rational use of the development land and improve the efficiency of the outdoor space.
This paper constructs a cognitive evaluation system of University of new outdoor space, on the basis of research carried out analysis and evaluation of the cognitive status of Hefei University District, concludes the characteristics of the outdoor space, on the basis of the Hefei City University of new outdoor space proposed remediation principles and strategies, has a certain theoretical and practical significance. The evaluation to other university outdoor space and the new regulation provides a reference, hope planners in the campus planning, taking into account the real needs of the users, people-oriented, create a unique campus outdoor space environment.
