【摘要】:摘要:隨著不可再生能源的日益枯竭和環(huán)境污染日益加劇,大力發(fā)展新能源迫在眉睫,風(fēng)力發(fā)電以其風(fēng)能蘊(yùn)量大、環(huán)境破壞小、裝機(jī)速度快、投資回收期短等優(yōu)點(diǎn)越來越受青睞,風(fēng)力發(fā)電在中國及世界范圍內(nèi)得到了廣泛的關(guān)注。近年來,隨著科技及制造業(yè)的發(fā)展,風(fēng)機(jī)的塔架高度及單機(jī)容量不斷加大,使得風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)組的地基-基礎(chǔ)受力越加復(fù)雜,加之風(fēng)機(jī)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)理論不夠成熟,導(dǎo)致了多起由于基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)不合理而發(fā)生的風(fēng)機(jī)倒塌事故,造成較大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。 鑒于以上情況,本文針對(duì)風(fēng)機(jī)地基-基礎(chǔ)受力做了以下研究工作: (1)對(duì)風(fēng)機(jī)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)理論及方法進(jìn)行了闡述,針對(duì)一個(gè)工程實(shí)例,對(duì)其風(fēng)機(jī)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)原方案進(jìn)行了校核分析,提出了原設(shè)計(jì)方案的優(yōu)點(diǎn)及不足之處。 (2)針對(duì)風(fēng)機(jī)地基-基礎(chǔ)受力研究進(jìn)行了一系列的現(xiàn)場測試,包括:基底靜土壓力測試、基底動(dòng)土壓力測試、基側(cè)靜土壓力測試、基礎(chǔ)內(nèi)部鋼筋應(yīng)力測試、地基沉降監(jiān)測,得出了風(fēng)力機(jī)在建設(shè)和運(yùn)行過程中地基-基礎(chǔ)受力隨時(shí)間及荷載的變化規(guī)律。 (3)基于有限元模擬軟件ABAQUS建立了三維有限元模型,針對(duì)風(fēng)機(jī)在正常運(yùn)行14m/s風(fēng)速的情況下進(jìn)行了受力分析,得到了兩種工況下的基底壓力大小、基礎(chǔ)內(nèi)部鋼筋應(yīng)力及基礎(chǔ)沉降值。對(duì)風(fēng)機(jī)在極限荷載狀況下運(yùn)行進(jìn)行了受力分析,得到了極限荷載狀態(tài)下的土壓力大小、基礎(chǔ)內(nèi)部鋼筋應(yīng)力及基礎(chǔ)沉降值,評(píng)估了風(fēng)機(jī)在極限荷載狀態(tài)下的穩(wěn)定性。 (4)對(duì)比了現(xiàn)場實(shí)測數(shù)據(jù)及有限元分析結(jié)果,分析了兩者間的差別及產(chǎn)生的原因,對(duì)今后的進(jìn)一步研究提出了展望。
[Abstract]:Abstract : With the increasing depletion of non - renewable energy and the increasing environmental pollution , the development of new energy is becoming more and more popular . The wind power generation is more and more popular in China and the world . With the development of science and technology and manufacturing industry , wind power generation has become more and more popular in China and the world . In recent years , with the development of science and technology and manufacturing industry , the wind power generation has become more and more complicated . In view of the above , the following research work is done on the foundation - foundation stress of the fan : ( 1 ) The theory and method of the basic design of the fan are described . According to an engineering example , the original scheme of the fan foundation design is checked and analyzed , and the advantages and disadvantages of the original design scheme are put forward . ( 2 ) A series of on - site tests are carried out for the foundation - foundation stress of the fan , including the foundation static earth pressure test , the foundation dynamic soil pressure test , the foundation - side static earth pressure test , the internal reinforcement stress test and the foundation settlement monitoring , and the change rule of the foundation - foundation stress with time and load during the construction and operation of the wind turbine is obtained . ( 3 ) A three - dimensional finite element model is established on the basis of the finite element simulation software , and the stress analysis is carried out for the fan under the condition that the wind speed is 14 m / s , and the stress of the foundation and the settlement of the foundation are obtained . The stress analysis of the blower under the limit load condition is carried out , the soil pressure in the limit load state , the stress of the internal steel bar and the foundation settlement value are obtained , and the stability of the fan in the limit load state is evaluated . ( 4 ) By comparing the results of field test and finite element analysis , the differences between them and the causes are analyzed , and the prospect of further research is put forward .
