【摘要】：BIM技術(shù)在建筑行業(yè)內(nèi)廣泛推廣,引起了地理信息行業(yè)對這項新技術(shù)的關(guān)注。本文將BIM提出的全生命周期管理的理念應用到智慧園區(qū)的建設(shè)中,介紹了地下管線全生命周期管理、三維規(guī)劃輔助審批管理和園區(qū)運營階段的管理,突出了全生命周期管理的實現(xiàn)。最后對BIM技術(shù)和三維GIS技術(shù)的結(jié)合進行了展望。
[Abstract]:BIM technology has been widely spread in the construction industry, which has attracted the attention of the geographic information industry. In this paper, the concept of full life cycle management proposed by BIM is applied to the construction of the wisdom park. This paper introduces the whole life cycle management of underground pipeline, the assistant approval management of 3D planning and the management of park operation stage. The realization of whole life cycle management is highlighted. Finally, the combination of BIM technology and 3D GIS technology is prospected.
