【摘要】：目前,我國正處于快速城市化時期,城市化過程中土地利用的劇烈變化直接影響城市的水文系統(tǒng),旱澇災(zāi)害和面源污染等雨洪問題十分嚴(yán)峻。文章詳細(xì)介紹了一個土壤因素主導(dǎo)社區(qū)規(guī)劃的國外案例——美國得克薩斯州的伍德蘭茲社區(qū),以期為中國新城規(guī)劃雨洪管理提供思路。文章首先介紹麥克哈格根據(jù)土壤水文特性,判定區(qū)域內(nèi)土地利用類型和開發(fā)密度的生態(tài)規(guī)劃方法 ;其次從該規(guī)劃的雨洪控制效果出發(fā),對伍德蘭茲社區(qū)規(guī)劃進(jìn)行評價;最后針對我國的實際情況提出相應(yīng)建議。
[Abstract]:At present, China is in the period of rapid urbanization, the rapid changes of land use in the process of urbanization directly affect the urban hydrological system. Drought, flood and non-point source pollution are very serious problems of rain and flood. This paper introduces a foreign case of soil factor leading community planning in Woodland, Texas, USA. In order to provide ideas for planning rainwater and flood management in the new city of China, this paper first introduces the ecological planning method for judging the land use type and development density in the area according to the soil hydrological characteristics. Secondly, based on the effect of rain and flood control, the evaluation of Woodland community planning is carried out. Finally, according to the actual situation of our country, the corresponding suggestions are put forward.
