【摘要】:本文梳理了1992年以來國家關(guān)于推動綠色建筑發(fā)展的政策,結(jié)合我國南亞熱帶氣候區(qū)內(nèi)綠色建筑的實(shí)踐現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)該氣候區(qū)內(nèi)綠色建筑評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及實(shí)施細(xì)則完備,但缺乏適應(yīng)該區(qū)氣候特征的、系統(tǒng)性與通用性的綠色建筑設(shè)計(jì)導(dǎo)則(指引)出臺。綠色建筑在該氣候區(qū)內(nèi)的發(fā)展與實(shí)踐存在一定的障礙與誤區(qū),如建筑的氣候適應(yīng)性差、能源利用模式不盡正確、“綠色”設(shè)計(jì)意識不足,以及綠色建筑技術(shù)使用不合理、使用效率不高等。 解決我國南亞熱帶氣候區(qū)當(dāng)前綠色建筑實(shí)踐中存在的問題是本文研究的關(guān)鍵。基于此,論文從被動式建筑設(shè)計(jì)策略入手,以保障性住房為主要研究對象,針對我國南亞熱帶氣候區(qū)內(nèi)的地域性建筑設(shè)計(jì)方法及其技術(shù)應(yīng)用(建筑學(xué)部分)展開研究,具體如下: (1)提倡以氣候分析結(jié)論作為建筑創(chuàng)作的設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù),實(shí)現(xiàn)建筑設(shè)計(jì)順應(yīng)我國南亞熱帶的氣候特征。 論文基于氣象數(shù)據(jù)庫,輔以Weather Tool軟件分析,對我國南亞熱帶氣候區(qū)內(nèi)的10個(gè)代表城市進(jìn)行了氣候分析。得出以下兩方面結(jié)論:一是,從氣候分析結(jié)果中,總結(jié)出我國南亞熱帶氣候區(qū)的通用性被動式建筑設(shè)計(jì)策略,并對其適用性及有效性進(jìn)行了論證。二是,對我國南亞熱帶氣候區(qū)內(nèi)的建筑在最冷時(shí)段的設(shè)計(jì)要求作出再定性;對夜間通風(fēng)等幾項(xiàng)被動式設(shè)計(jì)策略在我國南亞熱帶氣候區(qū)內(nèi)的適用性及有效性作出再定性。 隨后,,給出了被動式建筑設(shè)計(jì)策略的應(yīng)用方法及其案例分析。 (2)實(shí)現(xiàn)建筑環(huán)境與微氣候的互動,注重“綠色”空間的可達(dá)性設(shè)計(jì),通過多個(gè)項(xiàng)目“綠色”效應(yīng)的串聯(lián)與疊加,起到一定程度的城市生態(tài)修復(fù)作用。 論文針對立體綠化作出了專題研究,分別從城市與建筑單體兩個(gè)不同緯度對“綠色”空間可達(dá)性的重要性進(jìn)行了闡述;給出了嵌入式立體綠化的基本設(shè)計(jì)原則。并將上述理論落實(shí)到保障性住房方案設(shè)計(jì)中。 (3)注重傳統(tǒng)建筑生態(tài)經(jīng)驗(yàn)在建筑創(chuàng)作中的應(yīng)用;在居住建筑的設(shè)計(jì)中注重鄰里關(guān)系的建立與維系,從而提升建筑環(huán)境的健康度(心理健康)。 在給出的三套保障性住房設(shè)計(jì)方案中,傳統(tǒng)的騎樓建筑形式以現(xiàn)代建筑的方式運(yùn)用到設(shè)計(jì)當(dāng)中;將雨水收集利用、立體綠化與鄰里共享空間結(jié)合設(shè)計(jì)。隨后,利用建筑環(huán)境模擬軟件對方案及其參照建筑進(jìn)行物理環(huán)境的性能分析及比較,以論證設(shè)計(jì)中應(yīng)用的設(shè)計(jì)策略在我國南亞熱帶氣候區(qū)內(nèi)切實(shí)有效。 本研究作為我國南亞熱帶氣候區(qū)內(nèi),基于氣候條件的地域性建筑設(shè)計(jì)方法及技術(shù)應(yīng)用(建筑學(xué)部分)研究的初次嘗試,對我國南亞熱帶氣候區(qū)的綠色建筑實(shí)踐,在設(shè)計(jì)模式、設(shè)計(jì)方法及建筑技術(shù)的合理應(yīng)用等方面提出了新的見解;對該氣候區(qū)制定相關(guān)的綠色建筑地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn),以及綠色建筑設(shè)計(jì)指引(導(dǎo)則)均具有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:This paper reviews the country since 1992, on promoting the development of green building policy, combined with the practice of the status quo of China's subtropical climate in the area of green building, found that the climate in the region of green building evaluation standards and implementation rules is complete, but the lack of appropriate climate characteristics, green building design guidelines for systematic and universal (guidelines the introduction of obstacles and misunderstandings). The development and practice of green building in the climate in the region, such as the climate adaptability of the building, the energy utilization mode is not correct, "green" design consciousness, and use of green building technology is not reasonable, use efficiency is not high.
To solve the existing practice of green building in China Southern subtropical climate zone in question is the key of this study. Based on this, the paper from the passive building design strategies based on affordable housing as the main research object, in view of China's subtropical climate zone in the regional architecture design method and application of Technology (part of Architecture) the details are as follows:
(1) the climate analysis conclusion should be advocated as the design basis for architectural creation, and the architectural design should conform to the climate characteristics of the South Subtropics of China.
Based on the meteorological database, analysis by Weather Tool software, on China's 10 representative city south subtropical climate zone of climate analysis. Draw the following two conclusions: one is, from the climate analysis results, summed up the general nature of China's subtropical climate zone of the passive building design strategies, and the the applicability and validity are discussed. The two is to make more qualitative on China's subtropical climate zone in the architectural design in the cold period of night ventilation requirements; make several passive design strategies in our country the applicability and effectiveness of the south subtropical climate in the region more qualitative.
Then, the application method and case analysis of the passive building design strategy are given.
(2) to achieve interaction between building environment and microclimate, pay attention to accessibility design of "green" space, and play a certain degree of urban ecological restoration role through multiple projects "green effect" in series and superposition.
This paper made a special study of three-dimensional green, separately from the city and the building monomer two different latitude on the importance of "green" space accessibility are described; the basic design principle is given. The embedded three-dimensional green and the theory to the implementation of the affordable housing project.
(3) pay attention to the application of traditional architectural ecological experience in architectural creation; pay attention to the establishment and maintenance of neighborhood relationship in the design of residential buildings, so as to improve the health of building environment.
In the three sets of affordable housing design, the traditional arcade building of modern architecture in the form of the way to make use of the design; the collection and utilization of rainwater, three-dimensional green and neighborhood shared space with the design. Then, the analysis and comparison of performance of software program and its reference to building physical environment simulated by building environment, to the design strategy is applied in the design of demonstration in our country south subtropical climate region effectively.
In this study, as China's subtropical climate zone, the regional architectural design method and application based on climatic conditions (Architecture part) try to research on the first practice of green building in China Southern subtropical climate zone, in the design mode, puts forward a new view of design method and construction technology of reasonable application and so on; the formulation of local standards of green building related to the climate, and the green building design guidelines (guidelines) with a certain reference value.
