【摘要】：人口老齡化問題是21世紀(jì)我國面臨的重要問題之一,高度重視老齡化社會問題,構(gòu)建適合國情的養(yǎng)老體系,已經(jīng)迫在眉睫。目前來看,居家養(yǎng)老,是最適合中國國情的養(yǎng)老模式。本文的研究正是在大力推崇居家養(yǎng)老的養(yǎng)老政策下,對居家養(yǎng)老模式下老年人的生活狀況進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)研究,為今后的建筑設(shè)計(jì)更符合老年人特點(diǎn)的居住環(huán)境提供基礎(chǔ)依據(jù)。 本文以目前老年居住空間為主要研究對象,對其環(huán)境、服務(wù)設(shè)施、空間組成,居住使用等方面進(jìn)行了深入的調(diào)查研究,總結(jié)了老年人的生理、心理特征和生活行為特點(diǎn),并研究其對居住空間設(shè)計(jì)上的需求。同時(shí)以國外關(guān)于老年居住空間優(yōu)秀案例作為引子,整理和分析相關(guān)實(shí)例與優(yōu)秀設(shè)計(jì)理念,由此引出接下來的國內(nèi)老年住宅相關(guān)研究。然后對普通居家老人的住宅和老年公寓、養(yǎng)老院等具有社會福利形式的養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的居住空間進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)研,通過調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn)目前公寓與住宅上存在的問題及可以利用的地方,為后面的居住空間設(shè)計(jì)提供現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)。之后圍繞老年人居住空間這個(gè)核心部分,從室內(nèi)空間、公共服務(wù)空間兩方面探討了適合居家養(yǎng)老模式下的老年人居住空間設(shè)計(jì)研究,總結(jié)了以老年人為核心的社交原則、安全私密原則、舒適便利原則、通用設(shè)計(jì)原則、情感設(shè)計(jì)原則以及無障礙設(shè)計(jì)原則六個(gè)適宜老年人居住空間的設(shè)計(jì)原則。最后,依據(jù)之前的研究內(nèi)容,借鑒日本的組團(tuán)式模式與細(xì)節(jié)設(shè)計(jì),將組團(tuán)式設(shè)計(jì)理念運(yùn)用到室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)空間,對現(xiàn)有居家模式下的老年住宅的居住空間進(jìn)行改進(jìn)措施。(1)子女與父母同住的“兩代居”居住空間設(shè)計(jì)改造,主要在平面布局上對四種居住形式進(jìn)行改造設(shè)計(jì)：完全同戶型、鄰居合住型、同居分住型、完全鄰居型。(2)獨(dú)居老人居住空間改造設(shè)計(jì),從平面布局到天花布局以及開關(guān)插座布局進(jìn)行方案改進(jìn)措施,并對各個(gè)空間進(jìn)行無障礙設(shè)計(jì)改造。
[Abstract]:The problem of population aging is one of the most important issues facing China in twenty-first Century, attaches great importance to the problem of the aging society, the construction of suitable pension system has been imminent. At present, home care, pension Chinese model is the most suitable for the national conditions. This study is in great esteem old-age pension policy, basic research the home care model under the living conditions of the elderly, provide the basis for the future architectural design more in line with the characteristics of the elderly living environment.
In this paper, the elderly living space as the main research object, the environment, service facilities, space composition, has made a thorough investigation into residential use, summarizes the physiology of the elderly, psychological characteristics and behavior characteristics, and to study the design of residential space on demand. At the same time to overseas about the elderly living space excellent case as a primer, collation and analysis of relevant examples and outstanding design concepts, which leads to domestic research. Then the next elderly housing related to ordinary residential apartments for the elderly and the elderly, nursing homes and other pension institutions with social welfare in the form of living space for research, can be found through research and utilization of existing and residential apartments on the current problems, provide a realistic basis for the design of residential space in the back. After the elderly living space around the core part, from the room In the two space, public service space of home care mode is suitable for the elderly living space design research, the paper summarizes the social principle of old person, private security principle, the principle of comfort and convenience, the principles of universal design, emotional design principles and barrier free design principle six is suitable for the elderly living space design principles finally, based on the previous research contents, reference model and the details of the design group in Japan, the group design concept to the design of indoor space, the existing home mode of the old residential living space improvement measures. (1) children and their parents "two generations in the" residential space design major to transform the design of four kinds of living form in layout: the same apartment layout, neighbors share type, cohabitation live type, completely neighbor type. (2) the elderly living space renovation design From the layout of the plane to the layout of the smallpox and the layout of the switch sockets, the improvement measures are carried out, and the barrier free design of each space is reformed.
