【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)城市建設(shè)規(guī)模擴(kuò)大、城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程加快,促使我國(guó)城市居住小區(qū)的建設(shè)快速發(fā)展,小區(qū)道路交通設(shè)施的作用也隨著居住小區(qū)的發(fā)展越來(lái)越明顯。我國(guó)對(duì)小區(qū)道路交通設(shè)施的建設(shè),一直沒(méi)有具體規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn),導(dǎo)致我國(guó)居住小區(qū)道路交通設(shè)施建設(shè)參差不齊,從而引發(fā)一系列小區(qū)交通安全和環(huán)境問(wèn)題,如居住小區(qū)交通事故發(fā)生率升高、交通擁堵、小區(qū)環(huán)境惡化、小區(qū)居民之間人情冷漠等等,這些問(wèn)題嚴(yán)重影響了小區(qū)居民的生活質(zhì)量和生活品質(zhì)。 西安作為十三朝古都,具有深厚的歷史文化和典型的地域特征,在城市居住小區(qū)道路交通設(shè)施建設(shè)中也有自身的規(guī)律和特點(diǎn)。本論文選擇西安市作為地域范圍,結(jié)合多學(xué)科知識(shí)將研究對(duì)象確定為居住小區(qū)道路交通設(shè)施。論文首先將西安市居住小區(qū)分為不同地域、不同建造年代、不同規(guī)模、不同品質(zhì)、不同產(chǎn)權(quán)5種類型,在按每種類型現(xiàn)狀小區(qū)數(shù)量的比例,共選取有代表性的28個(gè)小區(qū)的道路交通設(shè)施作為調(diào)查對(duì)象,將小區(qū)道路交通設(shè)施的主要內(nèi)容:道路形式、出入口設(shè)置、停車設(shè)施、道路安全設(shè)施及小區(qū)交通狀況五個(gè)方面作為核心調(diào)查內(nèi)容,將調(diào)查內(nèi)容按照小區(qū)的不同類型進(jìn)行分類比較,匯總調(diào)查內(nèi)容。在采用歸納對(duì)比法、圖表分析法、綜合分析法,對(duì)調(diào)查內(nèi)容進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析,得出西安市居住小區(qū)道路交通設(shè)施自身的特點(diǎn)和發(fā)展規(guī)律。最后根據(jù)調(diào)查分析結(jié)果和相關(guān)規(guī)范,從設(shè)施設(shè)計(jì)、建設(shè)、管理三個(gè)方面總結(jié)了西安市居住小區(qū)道路交通設(shè)建議及措施,為新建或改造居住小區(qū)道路交通設(shè)施提供參考,論文的調(diào)查結(jié)果還可以為以后制定西安市居住小區(qū)道路交通設(shè)施建設(shè)規(guī)范提供一手資料。 論文的主要內(nèi)容共分為五章。第一章為緒論:確定研究對(duì)象、研究目的、研究意義及研究方法,界定相關(guān)概念,綜述了國(guó)內(nèi)外居住小區(qū)道路交通設(shè)施調(diào)查現(xiàn)狀、設(shè)施研究理論及調(diào)查方法相關(guān)研究理論,提出本論文的研究框架。第二章為調(diào)查:調(diào)查部分首先明確調(diào)查目的、選擇調(diào)查方法、確定調(diào)查對(duì)象,根據(jù)影響居住小區(qū)道路交通設(shè)施現(xiàn)狀的因素設(shè)計(jì)了實(shí)地調(diào)查內(nèi)容、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查內(nèi)容、訪談?wù){(diào)查內(nèi)容,,最后匯總調(diào)查內(nèi)容。第三章為分析:采用歸納對(duì)比法、圖表分析法、綜合分析法,對(duì)調(diào)查內(nèi)容進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析,得到分析結(jié)果。第四章為建議及措施:針對(duì)西安市居住小區(qū)道路交通設(shè)施調(diào)查結(jié)果存在的問(wèn)題,提出優(yōu)化措施及建議。第五章為結(jié)論:主要是對(duì)本論文調(diào)查研究成果的總結(jié),探索出適合居住小區(qū)道路交通設(shè)施的調(diào)查研究方法,概括總結(jié)了西安市居住小區(qū)道路交通設(shè)施建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀特點(diǎn)和規(guī)律。 研究主要結(jié)論如下: (1)居住小區(qū)道路交通設(shè)施調(diào)查研究方法:前期調(diào)查及收集資料采用實(shí)地觀察、記錄法,問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法和訪談法;調(diào)查結(jié)果分析采用歸納對(duì)比分析法,圖表式分析法和綜合分析法。 (2)西安市居住小區(qū)道路交通設(shè)施特點(diǎn)和規(guī)律:小區(qū)道路交通設(shè)施特點(diǎn)受小區(qū)地域、建造年代、規(guī)模、品質(zhì)、產(chǎn)權(quán)的影響,其中最主要的影響是小區(qū)的建造年代,隨著小區(qū)建造時(shí)間的更新,小區(qū)道路交通設(shè)施建設(shè)越來(lái)越完善,小區(qū)交通安全環(huán)境質(zhì)量越高。
[Abstract]:Along with the city construction scale of China's expanding urbanization, promote the rapid development of the construction of our city residential area, road traffic facilities also with residential development more and more obvious. China's residential road traffic infrastructure construction, there has been no specific standards, resulting in China's residential area road traffic facilities the construction of uneven, which triggered a series of traffic safety and environmental issues, such as residential traffic accident rate increased, traffic congestion, residential area residents between the deterioration of the environment, human indifference etc. these problems seriously affect the residents quality of life and quality of life.
Xi'an as the capital of thirteen dynasties, has a profound historical culture and typical regional features, in the city residential area road construction also has its own rules and characteristics. This paper chooses Xi'an city as a regional scope, combined with the research of multidisciplinary knowledge object identified as residential road traffic facilities. In the first place, Xi'an city the district is divided into different regions, different construction time, different scale, different quality, different property types in 5, according to the number of each type of residential status proportion, total road traffic facilities of 28 District representative as research object, the main content area of road traffic facilities: a road form. Set the entrance, parking facilities, road safety facilities and residential traffic in five aspects as the core content of research, the survey content according to different types of residential classification comparison, exchange The total contents of the investigation. In the use of inductive and contrast method, chart analysis method, comprehensive analysis method, systematic investigation and Analysis on the content of that district road traffic facilities in Xi'an city to live their own characteristics and rules of development. Finally, according to the results and the related standard of investigation and analysis, from the construction of the facility design, three aspects summarizes the traffic management design proposal Xi'an residential area road and measures, for new or modified residential road traffic facilities to provide a reference, the survey results also for the future development of the residential district of Xi'an road traffic facilities construction specifications provide first-hand information.
The main content of the thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction: to determine the object of study, research purpose, research significance and research methods, the definition of related concepts and living status survey district road traffic facilities at home and abroad were reviewed, and the theory research facilities survey method of relevant theoretical research, put forward the framework of this research. The second chapter is survey: a survey of part of the first purpose of the survey, selection of survey methods, determine the research object, according to the factors affecting the residential status of road traffic facilities of the on-the-spot investigation content design, questionnaire, interview survey, the final summary of survey content. The third chapter is the analysis of the inductive and contrast method, chart analysis method, comprehensive analysis method and systematic analysis on the investigation, the results of the analysis. The fourth chapter is the suggestions and measures for the residential quarters of Xi'an road traffic facilities survey results exist The problem, put forward the optimization measures and suggestions. The fifth chapter is the conclusion of this paper is: the main research achievements are summarized, explore research methods for residential road traffic facilities, summarized the current characteristics and rules of construction of transportation facilities in Xi'an residential area road.
The main conclusions are as follows:
(1) investigation and research methods of road traffic facilities in residential quarter: field survey, record method, questionnaire survey and interview method. The results were analyzed by induction, comparative analysis, chart analysis and comprehensive analysis.
(2) residential road traffic facilities characteristics and rules of residence in Xi'an City: the characteristics of residential traffic facilities by residential areas, construction time, scale, quality, property rights, the most important factor is the construction area in the District, with the construction time update, small area road traffic facilities construction is more and more perfect, more high the environmental quality of residential traffic safety.
