【摘要】:在我國(guó),民用建筑綠色、節(jié)能的發(fā)展體現(xiàn)了建筑業(yè)落實(shí)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀,實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)性發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略。目前,國(guó)家對(duì)建筑節(jié)能問(wèn)題相當(dāng)重視,出臺(tái)了一系列政策,也投入了相當(dāng)大的人力、財(cái)力和物力資源,建筑節(jié)能得到了快速發(fā)展。 論文在分析目前市場(chǎng)中常用的八種外墻外保溫體系的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)赝鈮ν獗厥袌?chǎng)存在的一些問(wèn)題,提出了相應(yīng)的管理體制及其針對(duì)性的對(duì)策。民用建筑外墻外保溫工程施工質(zhì)量是建筑節(jié)能工作急需解決的難題。由于市場(chǎng)上外保溫材料、品種、性能及質(zhì)量的參差不齊,對(duì)外墻外保溫的系統(tǒng)性能及綜合質(zhì)量產(chǎn)生了一定影響。以典型保溫技術(shù)為例,分析了對(duì)系統(tǒng)性能及其組成材料性能對(duì)保溫工程質(zhì)量的影響,對(duì)施工過(guò)程中易出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了研究,提出了如下措施:首先保溫材料要選擇合格的工程材料,并保證各種材料的匹配及相容性,材料進(jìn)場(chǎng)時(shí)要核查證明文件、產(chǎn)品合格證、產(chǎn)品性能檢測(cè)報(bào)告,是否符合設(shè)計(jì)要求,要核實(shí)檢驗(yàn)機(jī)構(gòu)的合法性以及檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告的時(shí)效性;其次要做好施工前的準(zhǔn)備工作,包括基層墻體的處理,編制專項(xiàng)施工方案等;三是施工過(guò)程中網(wǎng)格布應(yīng)壓于抹面層內(nèi),表面防裂砂漿分兩次施工的總厚度控制在3mm-6mm,應(yīng)完全覆蓋網(wǎng)格布;四是盡量采用條粘法進(jìn)行粘結(jié),避免發(fā)生墻體空鼓,防止聚苯板四周翹曲變形,阻止發(fā)生由于封邊不嚴(yán)時(shí)產(chǎn)生保溫墻體滲水、透風(fēng)甚至脫落的現(xiàn)象。從施工組織與質(zhì)量關(guān)系、施工質(zhì)量的驗(yàn)收與監(jiān)督管理及外保溫工程成品質(zhì)量的防護(hù)三個(gè)方面來(lái)防治和解決外保溫工程在施工中出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題。在外墻外保溫施工過(guò)程中應(yīng)嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行各項(xiàng)技術(shù)管理規(guī)定,各級(jí)崗位責(zé)任制,嚴(yán)格按照審查合格的施工圖、技術(shù)規(guī)范、規(guī)程和工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行施工,并貫徹“三級(jí)”技術(shù)交底制,強(qiáng)化細(xì)部節(jié)點(diǎn)的監(jiān)督與驗(yàn)收,落實(shí)好成品質(zhì)量防護(hù)措施。以濱河新城小區(qū)外墻外保溫工程為案例,具體分析了外墻外保溫施工過(guò)程中的質(zhì)量控制節(jié)點(diǎn),使其起到應(yīng)有的效果,建筑達(dá)到節(jié)能標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。 論文在對(duì)工程實(shí)際的施工組織、存在問(wèn)題以及工程案例分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了切實(shí)可行的、適合當(dāng)?shù)赝鈮ν獗厥袌?chǎng)發(fā)展的管理方法及其針對(duì)性措施?傊,要不斷提高建筑外墻外保溫施工的質(zhì)量管理水平,使建筑能夠達(dá)到預(yù)期節(jié)能的效果,為節(jié)能減排發(fā)揮作用。
[Abstract]:In our country, the development of green and energy saving of civil buildings embodies the strategy of implementing the scientific development view and realizing the sustainable development of the construction industry. At present, the state attaches great importance to the problem of building energy conservation, and has issued a series of policies. Also invested in considerable human, financial and material resources, building energy conservation has been rapid development. Based on the analysis of eight kinds of exterior wall insulation systems which are commonly used in the market at present, this paper combines some problems of the local external wall external insulation market. This paper puts forward the corresponding management system and corresponding countermeasures. The construction quality of the exterior wall thermal insulation project of civil buildings is a difficult problem to be solved urgently in building energy conservation work. Due to the variety of external insulation materials in the market. The uneven performance and quality have a certain impact on the system performance and comprehensive quality of external insulation. Take typical insulation technology as an example. The influence of system performance and component material performance on the quality of thermal insulation engineering is analyzed, and the quality problems which are easy to appear in the construction process are studied. The following measures are put forward: first of all, the insulation materials should select qualified engineering materials, and ensure the matching and compatibility of various materials. When the materials enter the field, they should check the proof documents, product certificates, and product performance testing reports. Whether meet the design requirements, to verify the legitimacy of the inspection agency and the timeliness of the inspection report; Secondly, the preparatory work before construction should be done well, including the treatment of the base course wall, the compilation of the special construction plan and so on; Third, the mesh should be pressed in the surface layer in the construction process, the total thickness of the surface anti-cracking mortar in two times construction should be controlled in 3mm-6mm, and the mesh should be completely covered. The fourth is to use the method of adhesive to avoid wall cavity, prevent the warpage around the polystyrene board deformation, prevent the occurrence of insulation wall water seepage due to the edge is not strict. The acceptance and supervision management of construction quality and the protection of finished product quality of external insulation engineering are three aspects to prevent and solve the quality problems in the construction of external insulation engineering. Every item should be strictly carried out in the construction process of exterior wall external insulation. Technical management regulations. Post responsibility system at all levels, strictly in accordance with the examination of qualified construction drawings, technical specifications, procedures and technical standards to carry out construction, and implement the "three-level" system of technical bottom, strengthen the supervision and acceptance of detail nodes. Take the exterior wall thermal insulation project of Binhe Xincheng district as a case, the quality control node in the construction process of exterior wall thermal insulation is analyzed in detail to make it play its due effect. The building meets the requirements of energy conservation standards. On the basis of the actual construction organization, existing problems and case analysis of the project, the paper puts forward a feasible and suitable management method and targeted measures for the development of the local external wall external insulation market. It is necessary to continuously improve the quality management level of the external insulation construction of the external wall so that the building can achieve the expected energy saving effect and play an important role in energy saving and emission reduction.
