【摘要】:工業(yè)化和城市化的浪潮下,自然生態(tài)受到了極大地沖擊不斷引起人類對自我行為的反思。從19世紀(jì)第一個城市公園的產(chǎn)生開始,在城市建設(shè)中如何保留具有生態(tài)修復(fù)功能的自然要素開始受到關(guān)注。20世紀(jì)以來,生態(tài)理論指導(dǎo)下的城市建設(shè)思想引導(dǎo)人類改變在城市建設(shè)上的方法論,在處理區(qū)域和城市等各種自然斑塊和人工斑塊的關(guān)系上,越來越多的國家和地區(qū)開始關(guān)注廊道的重要性,結(jié)合景觀生態(tài)學(xué)等理論進行了大量綠道規(guī)劃和實踐。同時,在城市低碳化交通模式中,綠道也將為人們的出行方式提供更優(yōu)選擇。本文以盤錦遼東灣新區(qū)為研究載體,從城市和社區(qū)兩個尺度切入,確定本文的研究方法和研究框架。在系統(tǒng)總結(jié)歸納國內(nèi)外關(guān)于綠道和綠道網(wǎng)絡(luò)的理論及規(guī)劃實踐經(jīng)驗的基礎(chǔ)上,提出綠道網(wǎng)絡(luò)的構(gòu)建方法,確定綠道網(wǎng)絡(luò)的空間結(jié)構(gòu)、空間層次、規(guī)劃尺度及空間功能單元的可持續(xù)組織策略,探索遼東灣新區(qū)城市綠道網(wǎng)絡(luò)的構(gòu)建策略和社區(qū)綠道網(wǎng)絡(luò)的組織策略,得出以下結(jié)論:其一,綠道網(wǎng)絡(luò)的構(gòu)建方法研究。通過對綠道網(wǎng)絡(luò)本身屬性特征的研究,確定綠道網(wǎng)絡(luò)以“斑塊——基質(zhì)——廊道”為基本構(gòu)成要素的“連接——延伸”的構(gòu)成方式和“生態(tài)節(jié)點——可持續(xù)路徑"為基本功能單元的建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和功能組織,并提出節(jié)點和路徑的評價體系;根據(jù)綠道網(wǎng)絡(luò)的空間形態(tài)和本身功能屬性確定合理的網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)類型,并提出相應(yīng)的評價方法;通過分析不同層次綠道網(wǎng)絡(luò)的功能特征,提出網(wǎng)絡(luò)層次梳理的方式和不同層次的功能組織原則。其二,提出遼東灣新區(qū)城市綠道網(wǎng)絡(luò)的構(gòu)建策略。在對現(xiàn)狀要素進行識別的基礎(chǔ)上,分析綠地空間與城市空間要素的耦合關(guān)系,依據(jù)層次疊加梳理的方式,確定遼東灣新區(qū)城市綠道網(wǎng)絡(luò)的復(fù)合功能,確定遼東灣新區(qū)綠道網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點和連接路徑的潛力評價方法,并通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)方案比選的方法確定遼東灣新區(qū)城市綠道網(wǎng)絡(luò)布局方案,并提出綠地系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化策略。其三,提出利于慢行的金帛島社區(qū)綠道網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織策略。首先確定理想社區(qū)的主要特征,;結(jié)合金帛島的低碳交通模式選擇,提出金帛島社區(qū)綠道網(wǎng)絡(luò)的生成方式和慢行網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃方案;建立以綠道網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點為核心的慢行單元,提出集約化的慢行單元優(yōu)化策略,最終形成金帛島的用地規(guī)劃調(diào)整方案及街道尺度的二次城市設(shè)計建議。遼東灣新區(qū)綠道網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃策略研究,闡釋綠道網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃的現(xiàn)實意義,探索城市綠色空間的低能耗、可持續(xù)的城市開發(fā)模式,促進城市在可持續(xù)理念下的建設(shè)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Under the tide of industrialization and city, the natural ecology has been greatly impact caused by human reflection on self behavior. From the beginning of nineteenth Century, the first city park, in the city since the construction of how to retain the natural elements with ecological restoration function and pay attention to the.20 century, under the guidance of the theory of ecological city construction thought to guide mankind change in the city building theory in dealing with the relationship between region and city and other natural and artificial plaque plaque, more and more countries and regions begin to pay attention to the importance of the corridor, with the landscape ecology theory of Greenway Planning and practice. At the same time, in the city of low carbon traffic patterns, green it will be for people to travel to provide better choice. This paper takes Panjin Liaodong Bay Area as the research carrier, starting from the city and community two scale, determine the The research methods and research framework. Based on summarizing the domestic and foreign about the green road and green road network planning theory and practice experience, proposed the construction method of the greenway network, determine the spatial structure, green road network space level, sustainable planning scale and spatial organization strategy of functional units, construction of organization strategy and the community greenway network to explore the Liaodong Bay area city greenway network, draws the following conclusion: first, study the construction method of the greenway network. Through the study of the greenway network itself attributes, determine the greenway network to "patch corridor matrix" as the basic elements of the "connection - extension" the form and the "ecological sustainable path" node as the basic function unit construction standards and functional organization, and put forward the node and path of the evaluation system; according to the greenway network Space form and function itself attributes determine the type of network structure reasonable, and put forward the corresponding evaluation method; through analysing the functional characteristics of different levels of greenway network, puts forward the way of combing the network level and different levels of functional organization principle. Secondly, puts forward strategies for the construction of new city area of Liaodong Bay greenway network. In the foundation of recognition the status quo of elements, analysis of coupling relationship between green space and city space elements, according to the level superposition way of combing composite function determine the Liaodong Bay area city green road network, determine the Liaodong Bay area green road network node and potential evaluation method of the connection path, and through the network selection method to determine the Liaodong Bay area city greenway network the layout scheme, and put forward the optimization strategy of green space system. Thirdly, put forward to slow the Jinbo island community greenway network first determine the organization strategy. The main features of the ideal community; combined with the choice of low carbon transport mode Jinbo Island, proposed generation Jinbo island community greenway network and slow network planning; establishing unit to slow greenway network nodes as the core, the slow intensive unit optimization strategy, and ultimately the formation of gold silk island land use planning two city design adjustment plan and street scale. Liaodong Bay area green road network planning strategy research, practical significance of greenway network planning, low energy consumption and explore the city green space, the city sustainable development mode, promote the city construction and development under the concept of sustainable development.
