【摘要】：上海欣生源制藥(集團)有限公司擬將原固體制劑車間改造為研發(fā)中心。為解決辦公室的采光,在平面內(nèi)增加4個采光井,從而造成樓板的開洞面積和開洞后的有效樓板寬度均超過現(xiàn)行抗震規(guī)范限值。文章通過PKPM系列的PMSAP軟件對樓板進行了小震及中震作用下的應(yīng)力分析。結(jié)果表明,小震時樓板應(yīng)力小于混凝土軸心抗拉強度標準值ftk,樓板完好無損;中震時樓板應(yīng)力超過ftk,出現(xiàn)細微裂縫,但樓板抗拉強度設(shè)計值大于中震主拉應(yīng)力設(shè)計值,樓板鋼筋足夠承擔(dān)地震荷載。
[Abstract]:Shanghai xinshengyuan Pharmaceutical (Group) Co., Ltd. intends to the original solid preparation workshop for the transformation of R & D center. In order to solve the office lighting, adding 4 light wells in the plane, causing the floor opening area and opening after the effective width of slab are more than the current seismic code limits. The PKPM series of PMSAP software the floor stress analysis of small earthquakes and earthquake. The results show that the small earthquake slab when the stress is less than the standard value of FTK axial tensile strength of concrete, floor intact; moderate slab when the stress exceeds FTK, slight crack, but the tensile strength of the floor value of the principal tensile stress is greater than the design value of earthquake the floor, reinforced enough to bear the earthquake load.
