【摘要】:當(dāng)前,在軌道交通快速發(fā)展的時代背景下,多數(shù)城市都面臨著軌道交通所帶來的挑戰(zhàn)與契機(jī)。一個城市新元素的介入,在“新”“舊”的碰撞之下,將會激發(fā)相關(guān)元素的相互作用,從而改變整個城市的原有格局,這便是“城市觸媒效應(yīng)”。杭州新建立的軌道交通系統(tǒng)就是這樣一個“觸媒”角色,它滲入城市中,沖擊著在原有道路體系下的傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)空間。面對著軌道交通所帶來的機(jī)遇與矛盾,城市商業(yè)空間必須積極作出應(yīng)對。如何在保障自身地位的同時能夠把握住軌道交通所帶來的潛在客流和背后的巨大商機(jī)?如何讓城市商業(yè)和軌道交通這兩者空間互惠互利,共同發(fā)展?它們之中需要依靠一個“媒介”來傳遞各自的空間信息,填補(bǔ)銜接處的空白。本文以城市商業(yè)空間與軌道交通站點間的媒介空間作為研究切入點,在對系統(tǒng)理論的總結(jié)歸納和杭州本身現(xiàn)狀和案例調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行研究,試圖提出具有針對性的設(shè)計策略。 本文首先明確了軌道交通站點和商業(yè)空間的相關(guān)概念,并結(jié)合杭州實情做了歸納性的闡述,詮釋了媒介空間的概念、形態(tài)、特征和功能以及其承載的意義和價值。 其次,在對杭州主要商業(yè)空間進(jìn)行實際調(diào)研,得出在軌道交通系統(tǒng)介入之后,商業(yè)空間存在無地下空間、商圈之間無連接、中心商圈面對客流無法擴(kuò)張等問題。結(jié)合北京、上海、深圳等地的成功經(jīng)驗,對杭州“媒介空間”建設(shè)的必要性及對城市的重要影響作出結(jié)論; 再次,文章結(jié)合相關(guān)的城市設(shè)計和建筑空間設(shè)計理論,在成功實例的調(diào)研及國內(nèi)外典型案例分析的基礎(chǔ)之上,對城市商業(yè)空間與軌道交通站點間的媒介空間的主體要素——人、空間構(gòu)成要素、空間類型、以及其在城市設(shè)計、建筑設(shè)計和環(huán)境設(shè)計中的表現(xiàn),進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的分析和總結(jié)。 最后,提出針對杭州商業(yè)空間和軌道交通站點間的媒介空間設(shè)計原則,并且在設(shè)計手法歸納和案例對比的基礎(chǔ)上,提出適合杭州的具體設(shè)計策略,試圖構(gòu)建與周圍環(huán)境相協(xié)調(diào)的,具有空間吸引力和活力并能體現(xiàn)城市本身特色的媒介空間。
[Abstract]:At present, under the background of the rapid development of rail transit, most cities are faced with the challenges and opportunities brought by rail transit. The intervention of a new urban element is under the collision of "new" and "old". It will stimulate the interaction of relevant elements and change the original pattern of the whole city. This is the "urban catalyst effect". Hangzhou's newly established rail transit system is such a "catalyst" role. It penetrates into the city, impacts the traditional commercial space under the original road system, and faces the opportunities and contradictions brought by the rail transit. Urban commercial space must actively respond. How to ensure their own status while grasping the potential passenger flow brought by rail transit and the huge business opportunities behind it? How to make urban commercial and rail transit space mutual benefit and common development? They need to rely on a "medium" to transmit their own spatial information to fill the gap in the junction. This paper takes the media space between urban commercial space and rail transit stations as the starting point. Based on the summary of the system theory and the investigation of Hangzhou itself, this paper tries to put forward some specific design strategies. In this paper, the first clear rail transit station and commercial space related concepts, and combined with the facts of Hangzhou to do a summary of the interpretation of the concept of media space, form. Features and functions, as well as its bearing significance and value. Secondly, in the actual investigation of the main commercial space in Hangzhou, it is concluded that there is no underground space in the commercial space and no connection between the commercial circles after the involvement of the rail transit system. Based on the successful experience of Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen, this paper draws a conclusion on the necessity of the construction of "media space" in Hangzhou and its important influence on the city. Thirdly, the article combines the relevant theories of urban design and architectural space design, on the basis of the research of successful cases and the analysis of typical cases at home and abroad. The main elements of urban commercial space and the media space between rail transit stations-people, space elements, space types, as well as its performance in urban design, architectural design and environmental design. Systematic analysis and summary are carried out. Finally, the paper puts forward the design principles of media space between commercial space and rail transit stations in Hangzhou, and puts forward specific design strategies suitable for Hangzhou on the basis of summing up design methods and comparing cases. This paper tries to construct the media space which is harmonious with the surrounding environment, which has the space attraction and vitality and can embody the characteristic of the city itself.
