【摘要】:電梯作為現(xiàn)代建筑物中最重要的交通工具,為人們生活和工作帶來了極大便利。由于電梯安全直接關(guān)系到用戶的生命、財產(chǎn)安全,在過去一百多年的發(fā)展中一直備受關(guān)注,也是各地政府和電梯行業(yè)的追求目標(biāo)。電梯事故的發(fā)生,很大一部分原因在于電梯維保單位的工作不到位,從業(yè)人員責(zé)任心不強。因此,加強電梯的維護保養(yǎng),增強對維保單位日常行為的監(jiān)控,成為減少電梯事故的當(dāng)務(wù)之急。基于此,通過詳細(xì)分析電梯在日常維護保養(yǎng)中的狀態(tài),及使用單位、維保單位、監(jiān)察單位的行為,在分析電梯安全管理研究的基礎(chǔ)上,系統(tǒng)總結(jié)了電梯定檢維保系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)理論方法。針對目前電梯使用和維保中出現(xiàn)的典型問題及其設(shè)備管理系統(tǒng)的不足,本文基于NFC技術(shù)設(shè)計和研制了一套通用方便的電梯維護保養(yǎng)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)改變了傳統(tǒng)設(shè)備維保管理工作中以紙質(zhì)登記和統(tǒng)計設(shè)備信息的落后狀態(tài),增加了智能終端對維保信息的管理,從而方便了維保信息的記錄;極大降低了管理人員在設(shè)備維保中的工作強度,尤其在設(shè)備狀態(tài)異常情況下能有效避免事故的發(fā)生;對維保設(shè)備工作狀態(tài)記錄采取了統(tǒng)一格式,有效的提高了工作效率,避免了記錄過程中錯誤的發(fā)生;通過及時強化對維保人員的監(jiān)管力度,大大提高了電梯維保的準(zhǔn)確性;采用能清楚標(biāo)識的標(biāo)簽掃描,能有效防止維保人員的漏保,及時提醒維保人員按時維保,有效增強了設(shè)備的維保力度;針對維保設(shè)備能實現(xiàn)及時準(zhǔn)確的記錄,便于管理人員隨時掌握設(shè)備運行情況,及時采取相應(yīng)措施;維保系統(tǒng)還可與特種設(shè)備檢驗檢測系統(tǒng)相聯(lián),為管理工作提供便利。此外,該系統(tǒng)有較好的通用性,具有實時、靈活和便于擴充的特點,能有效的降低電梯的事故率,具有良好的市場應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Transport elevator as a modern building in the most important, brings great convenience for people's life and work. Because the elevator safety is directly related to the user's life and property safety, has attracted much attention in the past more than 100 years of development, but also the government and the elevator industry goal. Elevator accidents, a large part of the reason is that the elevator maintenance unit of work is not in place, staff is not strong sense of responsibility. Therefore, to strengthen the maintenance of the elevator maintenance unit, enhanced monitoring of daily behavior, reduce the accident when the elevator become urgent. Based on this, through a detailed analysis of the elevator in the daily maintenance of the state, and the use of units, maintenance units, supervision units, based on the analysis of the elevator safety management system, summarizes the related theory and method of elevator inspection maintenance system for the elevator and use. Lack of typical problems appearing in the maintenance and equipment management system, the NFC technology is designed and developed a set of universal and convenient maintenance of elevator monitoring system based on. The system has changed the traditional equipment maintenance management work in paper registration and statistics information equipment backwardness, increase the management of intelligent terminal maintenance information, and to facilitate the maintenance of information recording; greatly reduces the work intensity of managers in equipment maintenance in particular, can effectively avoid accidents in equipment condition under abnormal conditions; the working state of the equipment maintenance records take a unified format, effectively improve the work efficiency, avoid the mistake of the recording process through the timely strengthening; supervision of maintenance personnel, greatly improving the accuracy of elevator maintenance; with clear labels scanning, can effectively prevent the maintenance personnel The leakage protection, a timely reminder of maintenance personnel on time maintenance, effectively enhance the equipment maintenance for equipment maintenance efforts; to achieve timely and accurate records, convenient management personnel to grasp the equipment operation situation, promptly take appropriate measures; maintenance system can also detect system associated with special equipment inspection, provide convenience for management. In addition, the system has the versatility, has good real-time, flexible and easy to expand, can effectively reduce the elevator accident rate, it has a good market prospect.
