【摘要】：歷史街區(qū)的更新改造是城市發(fā)展過程中的課題,我國改革開放以來,隨著人口的增長和經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,老城區(qū)或者城市中的歷史街區(qū)逐漸的不能適應(yīng)城市化發(fā)展的要求,因此要在環(huán)境、社會、經(jīng)濟、文化等宏觀層面對城市中的具有一定歷史價值和意義的區(qū)域進行重新定位,使其煥發(fā)生機。共生理論是近年來建筑學(xué)領(lǐng)域較為領(lǐng)先的思想和理念,強調(diào)作為共生環(huán)境中的各種要素形成不同的共生單元,以多種的共生模式存在與共生環(huán)境中,相互協(xié)調(diào)、相互制約同時又相互發(fā)展。因此該理論與城市環(huán)境下的歷史街區(qū)不謀而合。本文通過對大連東關(guān)街區(qū)的調(diào)研和分析,總結(jié)和歸納出在城市街區(qū)更新改造中應(yīng)從宏觀的規(guī)劃層面控制和更新街區(qū)的功能;從中觀層面在城市設(shè)計中更新街區(qū)空間結(jié)構(gòu);從手段方法上達(dá)到城市的新老街區(qū)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的更新改造目標(biāo);政策和法律規(guī)范下進行有時序的開發(fā),并且讓大眾參與到更新改造過程中,使得歷史街區(qū)的改造更加符合人們生活的需要,為將來城市的發(fā)展提出可行的建議。
[Abstract]:Historic district renewal is in the process of city development project, China's reform and opening up, along with the population growth and economic development, historic old town or city in the city gradually can not meet the development requirements, so to the environment, society, economy, culture and other macro level of meaning and value a history of the area in the city of re positioning the vitality. Symbiosis theory is a leading idea and idea in architecture field in recent years. It emphasizes that various elements of symbiotic environment form different symbiotic units, and they are interdependent and interdependent under multiple symbiosis models. Therefore, the theory coincides with the historical block under the urban environment. In this paper, through the investigation and analysis of Dalian Dongguan Street, summarized in the transformation from the macro level of planning control and update block function update city district; from the middle level update block space structure in city design; new and old city to block the sustainable development of the renewal goal from the means method; development a timing of the policies and laws and regulations, and make the public to participate in the transformation process of updating, the reconstruction of historic district accords with the need of people's life, for the future development of the city and put forward feasible suggestions.
