【摘要】：本文結(jié)合《中華人民共和國(guó)資產(chǎn)評(píng)估法》,在對(duì)其中相關(guān)"模糊"概念進(jìn)行解析的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合評(píng)估行業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,分析了評(píng)估法實(shí)施后的評(píng)估行業(yè)環(huán)境,以及評(píng)估機(jī)構(gòu)、評(píng)估專(zhuān)業(yè)人員、委托方、行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)和行政管理部門(mén)各自面臨的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),及其相互之間的利益博弈和均衡決策。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the relevant "fuzzy" concepts and the present situation of the development of the evaluation industry, this paper analyzes the environment of the evaluation industry after the implementation of the evaluation law, as well as the opportunities and challenges faced by the evaluation institutions, evaluation professionals, entrustors, industry associations and administrative departments, as well as the interest game and equilibrium decision-making among the evaluation institutions, the evaluation professionals, the entrustors, the trade associations and the administrative departments, on the basis of the analysis of the relevant "fuzzy" concepts and the present situation of the development of the evaluation industry.
