【摘要】：高校財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)銷(xiāo)過(guò)程普遍耗費(fèi)的時(shí)間較長(zhǎng),大多在2小時(shí)左右,報(bào)銷(xiāo)效率非常低下�？紤]到網(wǎng)絡(luò)報(bào)賬暫時(shí)還無(wú)法全面推廣,通過(guò)應(yīng)用精益生產(chǎn)的方法進(jìn)行流程再造,增加在二級(jí)單位增加報(bào)銷(xiāo)單據(jù)預(yù)審程序,整個(gè)報(bào)銷(xiāo)過(guò)程的時(shí)間從113分鐘降低到58分鐘,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)報(bào)銷(xiāo)時(shí)間從83分鐘減少到43分鐘,報(bào)銷(xiāo)效率顯著提高。
[Abstract]:The financial reimbursement process in colleges and universities generally takes a long time, most of which are about 2 hours, and the reimbursement efficiency is very low. Considering that the network accounting can not be popularized for the time being, the process reengineering is carried out by using the lean production method, and the pre-trial procedure of reimbursement documents is increased in the secondary units. the time of the whole reimbursement process is reduced from 113 minutes to 58 minutes, and the on-site reimbursement time is reduced from 83 minutes to 43 minutes, and the reimbursement efficiency is significantly improved.
