【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和完善,市場(chǎng)對(duì)會(huì)計(jì)人才的需求越來越高,這對(duì)我國(guó)會(huì)計(jì)教育的發(fā)展是機(jī)會(huì)和挑戰(zhàn)并存的。為了擴(kuò)大高等教育資源,一種企業(yè)家和高校聯(lián)合辦學(xué)形式形成的民辦高校在我國(guó)高教界發(fā)展起來,同時(shí)也為企業(yè)輸送大量的應(yīng)用技術(shù)型的會(huì)計(jì)人才,但是也存在一些現(xiàn)實(shí)的問題,比如:供大于求,人才不滿足企業(yè)需求等。該文主要結(jié)合民辦高校會(huì)計(jì)學(xué)專業(yè)的實(shí)踐教學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀,針對(duì)民辦高校會(huì)計(jì)學(xué)專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)存在的問題,分析原因,通過探討會(huì)計(jì)學(xué)專業(yè)的實(shí)踐教學(xué)目標(biāo)和內(nèi)容,試圖通過校企聯(lián)合、加大實(shí)驗(yàn)和實(shí)訓(xùn)力度、開創(chuàng)會(huì)計(jì)學(xué)專業(yè)特色辦學(xué)等措施來構(gòu)建人才培養(yǎng)戰(zhàn)略模式,最終提高學(xué)生的理論和實(shí)踐技能以適應(yīng)未來社會(huì)對(duì)會(huì)計(jì)人才的需求。
[Abstract]:With the development and perfection of socialist market economy in our country, the demand for accounting talents in the market is getting higher and higher, which is both opportunity and challenge to the development of accounting education in our country. In order to expand the resources of higher education, a kind of private colleges and universities formed by entrepreneurs and colleges and universities has developed in the field of higher education in our country, and at the same time, it has also sent a large number of accounting talents of applied technology to enterprises. However, there are also some practical problems, such as: supply exceeds demand, talents do not meet the needs of enterprises and so on. Based on the present situation of practical teaching of accounting specialty in private colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the reasons for the problems existing in the cultivation of accounting majors in private colleges and universities, and probes into the practical teaching objectives and contents of accounting specialty. This paper tries to construct the strategic mode of talent training through the combination of schools and enterprises, increase the intensity of experiment and practical training, and create the characteristics of running a school of accounting specialty, so as to improve the theoretical and practical skills of students in order to meet the needs of the future society for accounting talents.
