【摘要】：VMI作為新型的庫存管理模式,將企業(yè)的庫存延伸至供應鏈層面,通過將庫存管理轉(zhuǎn)移給供應商,極大地拓展了庫存管理的效率。D企業(yè)作為供應鏈中的核心企業(yè),通過積極的實行VMI,不僅降低了企業(yè)自身的庫存成本,還為客戶提供了更好的服務,提高了整個供應鏈的運營效率。文章從財務視角,介紹了企業(yè)VMI的實施及其效果,并對財務部門在VMI中的工作提出了相關建議。
[Abstract]:As a new inventory management model, VMI extends the inventory of enterprises to the supply chain level, and greatly expands the efficiency of inventory management by transferring inventory management to suppliers. As the core enterprise in the supply chain, the enterprise not only reduces the inventory cost of the enterprise itself, but also provides customers with better service and improves the operation efficiency of the whole supply chain. This paper introduces the implementation and effect of enterprise VMI from the perspective of finance, and puts forward some suggestions on the work of financial department in VMI.
