【摘要】：正神舟財(cái)金管控系統(tǒng)(MC系統(tǒng))是為適應(yīng)集團(tuán)化企業(yè)"戰(zhàn)略管控"、"財(cái)務(wù)管控"、"業(yè)務(wù)管控"、"直接操作"的管理模式及集團(tuán)性法人多級(jí)組織結(jié)構(gòu)的管理現(xiàn)狀,以"縱向管控、橫向協(xié)同"為中心,基于現(xiàn)代網(wǎng)絡(luò)的財(cái)務(wù)管理流程,從加強(qiáng)財(cái)務(wù)管控力出發(fā),重視財(cái)務(wù)運(yùn)營(yíng)的過程管理,實(shí)時(shí)采集、獲取各類財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù),采用量身定制的財(cái)務(wù)管控模型進(jìn)行整理、歸集和分析,實(shí)現(xiàn)財(cái)務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)一體化,為集團(tuán)總部、科研院所與生產(chǎn)制造企業(yè)的各級(jí)管理者提供戰(zhàn)略決策信息,符合自身業(yè)務(wù)特點(diǎn)的全局化、開放型財(cái)務(wù)共享服務(wù)平臺(tái)。
