【摘要】：公司的資本結(jié)構(gòu)事關(guān)企業(yè)利益相關(guān)者,決定了公司治理效率、公司的價(jià)值創(chuàng)造能力和公司的最終績效。外貿(mào)業(yè)在中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的各個(gè)行業(yè)中起著舉足輕重的作用。作為一國進(jìn)行國際貿(mào)易的平臺(tái)與窗口,外貿(mào)公司的健康持續(xù)發(fā)展對于促進(jìn)一國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長、增加就業(yè)水平和提高國民收入具有重大意義。本文以我國外貿(mào)上市公司為研究對象,24家2006年前上市的外貿(mào)上市公司2006-2013年的數(shù)據(jù)為研究樣本,通過構(gòu)建面板數(shù)據(jù)模型研究了我國外貿(mào)上市公司的資本結(jié)構(gòu)對公司績效的影響。
[Abstract]:The capital structure of the company is related to the stakeholders, which determines the efficiency of corporate governance, the value creation ability of the company and the final performance of the company. Foreign trade plays an important role in various industries of China's economy. As a platform and window for a country to carry on international trade, the healthy and sustainable development of foreign trade companies is of great significance for promoting a country's economic growth, increasing the level of employment and raising national income. This paper takes China's foreign trade listed companies as the object of study, 24 foreign trade listed companies listed before 2006 data from 2006 to 2013 as the research sample, By constructing panel data model, this paper studies the influence of capital structure on corporate performance of foreign trade listed companies in China.
