【摘要】：固定資產(chǎn)子系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)賬功能就是根據(jù)固定資產(chǎn)的增減變動(dòng)及折舊費(fèi)用,自動(dòng)生成對(duì)應(yīng)的記賬憑證,傳遞到賬務(wù)處理系統(tǒng),減少手工操作工作量,提高會(huì)計(jì)信息的正確性和處理效率。但是在實(shí)際軟件使用過(guò)程中,固定資產(chǎn)子系統(tǒng)在增減變動(dòng)中自動(dòng)形成的憑證存在內(nèi)容不完整、不系統(tǒng)等問(wèn)題。針對(duì)這些實(shí)踐中使用固定資產(chǎn)子系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,進(jìn)行逐項(xiàng)分析,根據(jù)固定資產(chǎn)增加自動(dòng)生成的憑證內(nèi)容不完整、固定資產(chǎn)減少內(nèi)容不系統(tǒng)等問(wèn)題,提出優(yōu)化自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)賬功能的建議和措施。
[Abstract]:The function of automatic account transfer of fixed assets subsystem is to automatically generate the corresponding accounting vouchers according to the changes and depreciation expenses of fixed assets, and transfer them to the account processing system so as to reduce the workload of manual operation. Improve the correctness and processing efficiency of accounting information. However, in the process of using the software, the vouchers automatically formed in the change of the fixed assets subsystem have some problems, such as incomplete content, not systematic and so on. In view of the problems arising from the use of the fixed assets subsystem in these practices, this paper makes an item-by-item analysis. According to the fixed assets, the contents of the vouchers generated automatically are incomplete, and the contents of the fixed assets are reduced insystematically. Suggestions and measures to optimize the function of automatic account transfer are put forward.
