【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)、科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,國內(nèi)外各種企業(yè)、單位不斷涌現(xiàn),對會計(jì)人員的需求量不斷增長。各種財(cái)務(wù)軟件的出現(xiàn),使得各企業(yè)對會計(jì)人員技能的要求有了質(zhì)的改變。文章分析了人才市場對會計(jì)人員的供需現(xiàn)狀,指出傳統(tǒng)高職會計(jì)教學(xué)模式的弊端,提出創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)模式下的高職會計(jì)教學(xué)方法和優(yōu)勢,以及改革高職會計(jì)教學(xué)方式的意義,以期能夠?yàn)樯鐣峁┚哂袆?chuàng)新意識和能力的會計(jì)人才。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of economy, science and technology, a variety of domestic and foreign enterprises, units continue to emerge, the demand for accountants is increasing. With the emergence of various financial software, the requirements of accounting staff skills of enterprises have been changed qualitatively. This paper analyzes the current situation of the supply and demand of accounting personnel in the talent market, points out the disadvantages of the traditional accounting teaching mode in higher vocational colleges, puts forward the teaching methods and advantages of higher vocational accounting under the mode of innovative talent training, and the significance of reforming the teaching methods of accounting in higher vocational colleges. In order to provide the society with innovative awareness and ability of accounting talent.
