【摘要】：國網(wǎng)上海市電力公司的主營業(yè)務(wù)之一是建設(shè)和運維電網(wǎng)資產(chǎn),強化和提升公司上千億電網(wǎng)資產(chǎn)的全壽命周期管理具有重要意義。其中固定資產(chǎn)投資是資產(chǎn)全壽命中資產(chǎn)形成階段的重要環(huán)節(jié)。公司在國家電網(wǎng)公司資產(chǎn)全壽命周期管理標(biāo)準體系基礎(chǔ)上提升投資管理工作,提出固定資產(chǎn)投資全過程管理理念,建立了圍繞投資目標(biāo)、投資計劃、投資績效監(jiān)測和評價、投資管理信息化支撐、投資管理持續(xù)改進等管理要素的管理措施,有效促進了固定資產(chǎn)投資管理水平的提高和與公司整體資產(chǎn)全壽命管理戰(zhàn)略的有效協(xié)同。
[Abstract]:One of the main businesses of State Grid Shanghai Electric Power Company is to build and maintain the power grid assets, and to strengthen and improve the whole life cycle management of the company's hundreds of billions of power grid assets. The investment of fixed assets is an important part of the asset-forming stage in the whole life of the assets. The company, on the basis of the whole life cycle management standard system of the State Grid Corporation, promotes the investment management, puts forward the management idea of the whole process of the fixed assets investment, and establishes the information support around the investment target, the investment plan, the investment performance monitoring and the evaluation, the investment management information, The management measures of the management factors such as the continuous improvement of the investment management have effectively promoted the improvement of the investment management level of the fixed assets and the effective coordination with the overall life-span management strategy of the whole company.
