低油價(jià)下北美地區(qū)降低鉆完井作業(yè)成本的主要做法及啟示

【摘要】:自國(guó)際油價(jià)大幅度下跌以來(lái),北美地區(qū)的頁(yè)巖油氣生產(chǎn)在降本增效方面采取了一系列有效的技術(shù)手段和方法,無(wú)論是壓裂設(shè)計(jì)、鉆完井設(shè)計(jì),還是現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工和作業(yè)管理等都有新突破。主要體現(xiàn)在:實(shí)施老井重復(fù)壓裂,增加壓裂段數(shù)并加大支撐劑量;加大水平井段長(zhǎng)度,單井場(chǎng)多產(chǎn)層,應(yīng)用水循環(huán)系統(tǒng)降低用水成本;減少非作業(yè)時(shí)間,壓縮材料成本;對(duì)材料、管理、設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行綜合優(yōu)化。學(xué)習(xí)借鑒北美地區(qū)的做法和經(jīng)驗(yàn),中國(guó)油氣田降低成本必須應(yīng)用多種手段對(duì)鉆完井設(shè)計(jì)、井場(chǎng)設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)組織、工藝技術(shù)、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理等進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化,對(duì)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化組合。
[Abstract]:Since the sharp decline in international oil prices, shale oil and gas production in North America has adopted a series of effective technical measures and methods in reducing cost and increasing efficiency, both in fracturing design and drilling and completion design.
