【摘要】：自國際油價(jià)大幅度下跌以來,北美地區(qū)的頁巖油氣生產(chǎn)在降本增效方面采取了一系列有效的技術(shù)手段和方法,無論是壓裂設(shè)計(jì)、鉆完井設(shè)計(jì),還是現(xiàn)場施工和作業(yè)管理等都有新突破。主要體現(xiàn)在:實(shí)施老井重復(fù)壓裂,增加壓裂段數(shù)并加大支撐劑量;加大水平井段長度,單井場多產(chǎn)層,應(yīng)用水循環(huán)系統(tǒng)降低用水成本;減少非作業(yè)時(shí)間,壓縮材料成本;對材料、管理、設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行綜合優(yōu)化。學(xué)習(xí)借鑒北美地區(qū)的做法和經(jīng)驗(yàn),中國油氣田降低成本必須應(yīng)用多種手段對鉆完井設(shè)計(jì)、井場設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)組織、工藝技術(shù)、現(xiàn)場管理等進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化,對關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化組合。
[Abstract]:Since the sharp decline in international oil prices, shale oil and gas production in North America has adopted a series of effective technical measures and methods in reducing cost and increasing efficiency, both in fracturing design and drilling and completion design. The main results are as follows: implementing repeated fracturing of old wells, increasing the number of fracturing segments and increasing the support dose, increasing the length of horizontal well segments, increasing the production zones in single well site, reducing the cost of water using the water circulation system, reducing the non-operating time and compressing the cost of materials; Comprehensive optimization of materials, management and design. Learning from the practices and experiences of North America, China's oil and gas fields must apply a variety of means to systematically optimize drilling and completion design, well site design, production organization, process technology, site management, and so on, in order to reduce the cost of oil and gas fields.
