【摘要】：校有企業(yè)在高等學(xué)校的發(fā)展歷史中扮演了重要角色。新常態(tài)下,校有企業(yè)體制機(jī)制的弊病逐漸顯露出來。文章緊緊圍繞校有企業(yè)的本質(zhì)特征,探討經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)下校有企業(yè)如何抓住歷史發(fā)展機(jī)遇,改革體制結(jié)構(gòu),創(chuàng)新管理機(jī)制,成為大學(xué)履行其社會服務(wù)功能的重要平臺。
[Abstract]:The enterprises of colleges and universities play an important role in the history of the development of colleges and universities. Under the new normal state, the malady of the institutional mechanism of the school has been gradually revealed. This paper focuses on the essential characteristics of college enterprises, and discusses how to seize the opportunity of historical development, reform the system structure and innovate the management mechanism under the new normal state of economy, so as to become an important platform for universities to fulfill their social service functions.
