【摘要】：高校財(cái)務(wù)人員數(shù)量不多,但作為會(huì)計(jì)群體中的獨(dú)特分支,其生存和發(fā)展?fàn)顩r值得我們關(guān)注和研究。本文從地位偏低、崗酬失衡、能力弱化、內(nèi)容單一和壓力較大五個(gè)方面簡述了高校財(cái)務(wù)人員的發(fā)展困境,同時(shí)進(jìn)行了思考分析,并逐條對(duì)應(yīng),給出具體的解決思路和建議。
[Abstract]:The number of financial personnel in colleges and universities is small, but as a unique branch of accounting group, its existence and development are worthy of our attention and study. This paper, from five aspects of low status, unbalanced pay, weak ability, single content and great pressure, briefly describes the difficulties of the development of financial personnel in colleges and universities. At the same time, it gives some thoughts and suggestions on how to solve them one by one.
