【摘要】：本文首先對批發(fā)與零售企業(yè)的運營資本管理進行了理論闡述,從批發(fā)與零售行業(yè)的總體和主營業(yè)務(wù)分類兩個方面分析了運營資本管理現(xiàn)狀。其次,將批發(fā)與零售企業(yè)作為運營資本管理的主要研究對象,以此為切入點,對運營資本管理創(chuàng)新策略進行深入探討,以期提升我國批發(fā)與零售企業(yè)運營資本管理的創(chuàng)新能力。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the working capital management of wholesale and retail enterprises is expounded theoretically, and the present situation of working capital management is analyzed from two aspects: the overall and the main business classification of wholesale and retail industries. Secondly, the wholesale and retail enterprises are regarded as the main research objects of working capital management, and the innovation strategy of working capital management is discussed in depth, in order to improve the innovation ability of operating capital management of wholesale and retail enterprises in China.
