【摘要】：財(cái)務(wù)管理在企業(yè)管理中工作的有著舉足輕重的地位。隨著市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,企業(yè)內(nèi)外部環(huán)境都在發(fā)生變化,因此企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)管理工作也必須要適應(yīng)形勢(shì)的發(fā)展,與時(shí)俱進(jìn)。企業(yè)只有重視財(cái)務(wù)管理工作,不斷規(guī)范財(cái)務(wù)管理工作程序,創(chuàng)新管理手段,科學(xué)的管理,才能有效發(fā)揮財(cái)務(wù)管理的職能,提高企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理水平,才能在激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中贏得應(yīng)有地位,為社會(huì)做出更多貢獻(xiàn)。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)改革的進(jìn)一步深入,中小企業(yè)在我國經(jīng)濟(jì)舞臺(tái)中扮演了越來越重要角色,它是推動(dòng)我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的要力量。然而,我國眾多中小企業(yè)在發(fā)展的過程中由于在財(cái)務(wù)管理方面存在管理混亂,資金管理不夠規(guī)范,賬實(shí)不符的問題,嚴(yán)重干擾了決策分析,使其無法實(shí)現(xiàn)科學(xué)決策,從而很難對(duì)抗來自各方面的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),使經(jīng)營狀況不斷惡化,嚴(yán)重阻礙了企業(yè)的正常發(fā)展。本課題立足**工貿(mào)企業(yè)(以下簡(jiǎn)稱A企業(yè)),華北地區(qū)的一個(gè)典型的中小企業(yè),以A企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理中存在的問題為研究對(duì)象,主要運(yùn)用內(nèi)部控制知識(shí)和財(cái)務(wù)管理理論知識(shí),深入分析了A企業(yè)在財(cái)務(wù)管理方面存在的問題,并結(jié)合財(cái)務(wù)管理相關(guān)理論和自己工作實(shí)際,提出了提高A企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理水平的對(duì)策。研究如何提高A企業(yè)提高財(cái)務(wù)管理效率,對(duì)促進(jìn)A企業(yè)良性經(jīng)營與穩(wěn)定發(fā)展具有重大意義。本文研究成果對(duì)目前我國的中小企業(yè)在財(cái)務(wù)管理方面具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Financial management plays an important role in enterprise management. With the development of market economy, the internal and external environment of enterprises are changing, so the financial management of enterprises must adapt to the development of the situation and keep pace with the times. Only by attaching importance to financial management, standardizing the working procedure of financial management, innovating the means of management and scientific management, can the enterprise effectively bring into play the functions of financial management and improve the management level of the enterprise. In order to win due status in the fierce competition, for the society to make more contributions. With the further development of economic reform, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) play a more and more important role in the economic stage of our country, which is the main force to promote the development of our national economy. However, in the process of development of many small and medium-sized enterprises in our country, due to the confusion of management in financial management, the lack of standardization of capital management and the unconformity of accounts, it seriously interferes with the analysis of decision making and makes it impossible to realize scientific decision. Therefore, it is difficult to resist the risks from all aspects, which makes the business situation deteriorate and seriously hinders the normal development of enterprises. This topic is based on * Industry and Trade Enterprises (hereinafter referred to as "A Enterprise"), a typical small and medium-sized enterprise in North China, taking the problems existing in the financial management of Enterprise A as the research object, mainly using internal control knowledge and financial management theory knowledge. This paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in the financial management of enterprise A, and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the level of financial management of enterprise A in combination with the theory of financial management and the practice of its own work. It is of great significance to study how to improve the efficiency of financial management in enterprise A and to promote the sound management and stable development of enterprise A. The research results of this paper have certain reference significance to the financial management of the small and medium-sized enterprises in our country at present.
