【摘要】：正1986年10月,20出頭的我考入了一鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)財(cái)政所。30年了,我一直記著當(dāng)年的"師傅"們。所長(zhǎng)一般是老的公社財(cái)糧員或部隊(duì)轉(zhuǎn)業(yè)干部,所員是從社會(huì)上招來(lái)的高考落榜生,偶爾也有安排過(guò)來(lái)的大中專畢業(yè)生。所員中很多人都是從當(dāng)時(shí)的鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)企業(yè)會(huì)計(jì)或農(nóng)村大隊(duì)會(huì)計(jì)中擇優(yōu)選拔上來(lái),后來(lái)成為財(cái)政所的骨干。
[Abstract]:In October 1986, I was admitted to a township finance institute in my early 20s. For 30 years, I always remembered the "masters". The director is usually an old commissary or army cadre, who is a member of the college entrance examination, and occasionally graduates of colleges and secondary schools. Many of them were selected from the accountants of the township enterprises or the rural brigade, and later became the backbone of the finance institute.
