【摘要】：會計專業(yè)學(xué)生具備良好的會計就業(yè)能力,非常重要。高校會計專業(yè)教育中存在重視理論教學(xué)、忽視一體化教學(xué)、實習(xí)基地缺乏、師資結(jié)構(gòu)不合理等問題。為了培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的就業(yè)能力,高校應(yīng)重視課程內(nèi)容的優(yōu)化、教學(xué)法的創(chuàng)新、校內(nèi)實習(xí)基地的建設(shè)、雙師型教師的培養(yǎng)以及學(xué)生的實習(xí)實訓(xùn)。
[Abstract]:Accounting major students have good accounting employment ability, very important. There are some problems in accounting education in colleges and universities, such as paying attention to theory teaching, neglecting integrated teaching, lacking of practice bases and unreasonable teaching staff structure. In order to cultivate students' employability, colleges and universities should pay attention to the optimization of curriculum content, the innovation of teaching methods, the construction of internal practice bases, the cultivation of double-qualified teachers and the practice of students.
