【摘要】：當(dāng)前,煙草行業(yè)的發(fā)展進(jìn)入了一個(gè)"新常態(tài)",在宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)增速放緩、煙草控制要求日益迫切的發(fā)展背景之下,行業(yè)發(fā)展形勢(shì)面臨多元化、復(fù)雜化,困局逐步增多,"增長(zhǎng)速度回落、工商庫(kù)存增加、結(jié)構(gòu)空間變窄、需求拐點(diǎn)逼近"成為影響和制約行業(yè)稅利增收的"四大難題",銷量增長(zhǎng)、結(jié)構(gòu)提升的利潤(rùn)空間十分有限。在此形勢(shì)下,通過(guò)精益管理實(shí)現(xiàn)降本增效是實(shí)現(xiàn)年度稅利目標(biāo)的重要途徑和保障。
[Abstract]:At present, the development of the tobacco industry has entered a "new normal". Under the background of the slowing down of the macroeconomic growth rate and the increasingly urgent demand for tobacco control, the development situation of the tobacco industry is facing diversification, complication and increasing difficulties. "the growth rate falls back, the industrial and commercial inventory increases, the structure space becomes narrower, the demand inflection point approaches" becomes the "four big difficult problems" which affects and restricts the industry tax and profit increase, the sales volume growth, the structure promotion profit space is very limited. In this situation, reducing cost and increasing efficiency through lean management is an important way and guarantee to realize the goal of annual tax and profit.
